The person in question, pretended to be Jet two staff, then Fooled Jet Two pretending to be my husband. Breaking confidentiality my using his DOB , address etc. Then fooling myself to pay £180 for cancelling flights.

Non refund
My husband booked business class flights in November 23 to be told the next day travel performance couldn’t honour the flights and he is still waiting on a refund . He was told on numerous occasions that the refund had been made which wasn’t true . He will now be taking legal action .
