We would like to clarify that the prices displayed during a flight search are based on live airline inventory and are subject to real-time availability. Airline fares are highly dynamic and can change within minutes depending on demand, seat availability, and bookings being made simultaneously across multiple platforms worldwide. Unfortunately, on rare occasions, a fare may no longer be available by the time the booking reaches the final confirmation stage, even if it appeared available during the initial search.

Additionally, the current disruption to flight operations involving several Middle Eastern airlines has significantly impacted global air traffic patterns. With many carriers operating reduced schedules, route changes, or capacity adjustments, demand has shifted across multiple airlines, causing fare inventories to fluctuate much more rapidly than under normal circumstances. As a result, fare changes are occurring more frequently and unpredictably across the industry.

When a selected fare is no longer available, our team contacts customers promptly to provide the latest available option and allows them to decide whether they wish to proceed. This is never intended to pressure anyone into making a purchase but rather to ensure complete transparency before any booking is confirmed. If a customer chooses not to continue with the booking, we fully respect that decision.

We are, however, concerned to read about your experience regarding the phone conversation. Professionalism and courteous communication are values we take very seriously. If the interaction came across as abrupt or discourteous, it certainly does not reflect the level of service we strive to provide. We will review this feedback internally to help ensure that every customer interaction remains respectful and informative.

We also understand your concerns regarding pricing. Unfortunately, in some cases—particularly when booking close to departure—airlines may reject, cancel, or fail to confirm reservations due to inventory changes, fare discrepancies, or operational restrictions.

We understand your concern regarding the absence of a PNR or e-ticket number. A reservation is only considered ticketed once the airline successfully confirms and issues the ticket. In circumstances where the airline is unable to complete that process, the booking cannot proceed, and a refund must be initiated. While we appreciate that this was extremely disappointing, TravCart did not intentionally withhold a ticket or boarding pass, nor did we benefit from the cancellation of your reservation.

Regarding the refund timeline, the 3–5 business day estimate provided is not intended as a delay tactic. This timeframe reflects the standard processing period required by payment processors and financial institutions once a refund has been initiated. While we understand that online reviews may create concerns, refund processing times are generally dependent on banking systems and card issuers rather than TravCart itself.

We also recognize your comments regarding your conversations with our representative, Marvin. Our team strives to provide updates based on the information available from airline partners at the time, and we regret if the outcome ultimately did not meet your expectations. We understand how important this trip was and why the situation felt especially upsetting given the circumstances surrounding your travel.
