The product arrived in time and the ordering process was simple. However, the color of the product was significantly different from the pictures online (brown instead of beige). When contacting the company, describing the issue, including pictures for proof, and asking for a reimbursement of the return cost since the product is obviously not the one I ordered, the response was literally „ Thanks for your email. I cannot do anything for you in the shipping cost, sorry“. No collaboration or support was provided. Instructions on how and where to return the order were only given after several emails back and forth. Still I was left having to pay the return of a large package that didn't even hold the product I ordered. At least the refund was handled quickly once the return arrived. I would definitely not recommend this webshop.

Echt positief over dit bedrijf! Ik kon geen reviews vinden op trustpilot dus was een beetje sceptisch toen ik bestelde, maar de Trapmatten werden snel geleverd via DHL. 1 trapmat werd beschadigd geleverd. Na een Whatsappje naar het nummer van de klantenservice had ik twee dagen later een nieuwe trapmat in huis, kosteloos. Nette manier van zaken doen, zoals het hoort. Ik raad dit bedrijf aan!
