We used this for moving to UK last year. We were fully happy with its services. We just received our stuff on time and all of them were completely intact. 2 nice staff helped to put all 40 boxes and a heavy massage chair into my house carefully. It was really appreciated.

I moved aboard during pandemic (2021) and was lucky to find Transworld, while other international movers are either no response or offering unreasonable price. The consultant, Mr. Kris Ng, was very friendly, helpful and quick reponse until the households was collected by their packing team. All the stuff was delivered within 6-month (reasonale time during pandemic) by their UK partner, ReloUK, which was also helpful and efficient.
Yet just want to share something that half of the plastic boxes, that i used to pack my stuff, were cracked when arrived. Although I've prepared for this situation, later I learnt from my friend that I should request to wrap them with cartoon cardboard as his mover had done this way and all his plastic boxes arrived in good condition. Anyway, at least they are wrapped by pallet wrap and nothing was missing.

We had one of the most seamless and effortless international moves with Transworld on our move from Hong Kong back to the USA!

We were on high stress and high alert when we were notified that we needed to return to the States within 3 months, and had little time to plan everything out as we would have liked. We looked at multiple moving services / companies, and few lacked the international scale that Transworld offered us. Pricing was competitive and transparent, and the service was top notch.

[Estimation]
We enjoyed the estimation process from the team - they sent 2 members of their team and visited us at our home to take an inventory of the items (at a high level) we needed to box up and move. The quote was quickly provided, which gave us room to compare with other service providers. No pressure and extremely comfortable overall.

[Project Management / Comms]
Communication from Transworld is extremely clear, concise, and overall "project" managed to exceed our expectations. We had originally anticipated to do plenty of chasing on our end, but ended up just letting Transworld manage the entire process, hassle-free.

[White-glove Packaging Experience]
We absolutely LOVED the white-glove boxing/packaging provided by Transworld's team as we prepare for the move. Everything was meticulously packaged up with proper protections. Clothing had its own box to avoid any wrinkles/folds from shipment. Team was very careful but at the same time, highly efficient, as everything in our 2 BR apartment was properly packaged up in just one afternoon. We didn't have to lift a finger.

[Pricing / Price to Quality]
Best price to quality ratio we've received from any moving service provider, and especially for international movers where folks are traumatized by expensive rates AND terrible experiences. Corporate moves (paid by employer) might be an exception, but we couldn't afford those rates - they're quite ridiculous. We don't know how Transworld does it, but glad they're able to offer us such a wonderful experience at the rate that makes sense.

[Door to Door]
The move was absolutely hassle-free. Shortly after we arrived in the US, our shipment was delivered to us through a third party partner who kindly moved everything into our new home. We received emails and calls prior to the delivery date and made arrangements to be home for that day.

For anyone contemplating an international move, we'd HIGHLY recommend Transworld for your needs. We've already referred several of our HK-based colleagues to Transworld for the reasons above. This is a great team - we can see the passion and attention to detail in all that they've done for us.
