My belongings left my possession November of 2025 and they still haven't arrived ( March 2026) 6 months !!! I was given different dates on arrival and different ‘travel times’. To my utter disgust my belongings were sent to Perth via Singapore where the container was transferred into another boat . This was NOT discussed with me . I have had to update customs at this end with the correct documentation as Transworld failed to do as they were paid to do. Do not use this service . They are not upfront or trustworthy.

I was rather concerned to see alot of the fragile items being treated as a comedy prop. The phrase - Fragile, only drop once - was used, and proceeded a gag dropping of the box. Furthermore, damage to my wall was not brilliant. Rather than asking ofr help to lift the cabinet, one of the staff jostled it about whilst pulling the bubble wrap out, and then dented the wall in the process. The cabinet also has glass doors, so was really not impressed to see the rough handling of the antique and heirloom item.

Transworld staff packed my household items and shipped them over to Europe. The professionally packed boxes arrived in a horrible state, though. They looked as if they were wildly thrown around. Torn apart in pieces. As a result, most of my valuable hand-crafted dining plates arrived broken.
Be careful with their insurance which refused to accept my claimed losses. I didn't get any compensation for this disastrous relocation.

Unprofessional company who have attempted to extort more money after contracts have been signed and agreed to. Deliberately delayed shipments after demanding to be paid before the work has been completed. Not to mention generally disorganised and complicated to deal with.

Your service quality is very good. Your employees especially Kris and Fiona are patient with customers and willing to provide assistance and support. They would respond immediately no matter when customers ask questions. During the handling process, the porters were very careful and focused on protecting customers' belongings. They were of high quality. When the items started to be delivered, Fiona in the UK also regularly reported the progress to me, making me feel very reassured and trustworthy. After arriving in the UK, the porters who moved the items home were also very professional, polite and friendly. I am very satisfied with the entire service process and of high quality. I will recommend it to my friends.

In August 2022 we had a shipment of 3.5m3 of household effects and books sent to the Algarve in Portugal. Dave and his team made it very easy for us. We did the packing and inventory and Transworld did the rest. The shipment arrived in perfect condition and on time. We thought it was great value too. Thank you so much.

Our relocation to the UK was handled efficiently by Transworld Relocation, their sales representative Kris was incredibly helpful and responsive, and the price was also very reasonable. Despite a red rainstorm warning on the day of pick-up, their transport team waited for two hours and collected the boxes professionally. Our shipments arrived in the UK after approximately ten weeks. Fiona, their UK representative, followed up closely with us, and the truck drivers handled the boxes with care. All members of the team are very professional, friendly, and helpful. I definitely recommend their services.

During early May 2024, I used Transworld Relocation for my local removal from Coventry to Edinburgh, and I am pleased to share my positive experience.

On the day of the move, we encountered an issue with the weight capacity of their van, which couldn't carry over 3 tons. This meant that even with two vans, not all of my belongings could be delivered on the same day. This was initially a concern, but the team handled it with great efficiency and courtesy.
The team immediately consulted with their warehouse manager and devised a plan to deliver my belongings over two days. I was impressed by their willingness to provide extra service without any additional cost, even arranging for the second delivery on a Saturday to ensure all my items were delivered safely to Edinburgh.
Throughout the process, the team of 3-4 men worked diligently. Special thanks to Bryant, Steve, Daniel, and Michael for their hard work and dedication.
