I honestly can’t praise Transformer Table enough — the customer service was absolutely exceptional from start to finish.
The whole experience was smooth, professional, and genuinely impressive. The team was extremely responsive, helpful, and attentive, and they made sure everything was handled properly without me having to chase or follow up.
It’s rare these days to come across a company that takes customer service this seriously. The product itself is beautiful, but the level of service made the entire experience even better.

He immediately got back to us to let us know that the pieces are being replaced. He also gave us a general timeline when we can expect the replacement pieces. Metropolitan delivery was late on both…
Metropolitan delivery was late on both deliveries. 8/13/26 and 9/17/26. First delivery they lost one chair so had to work with transformer warrenty coodinator Boudah who saved the day and got my chair replaced even if it did take a month. Transformeer table is good to work with but not their delivery team.

Table top accident…
We accidentally marred the table top and the Transformer team, including Boudha , the Warranty Coordinator, were extremely helpful. Everything resolved very quickly and satisfactorily.
