Excellent customer service from start to finish. Prompt, professional, friendly, efficient and the cost was very reasonable. The quality of the recording is great. George and the team transferred a 1961 45 rpm single of my mother-in-law's school choir onto CD and my wife is delighted with the result. Thank you very much.

I wanted to transfer an audio tape of a special song onto a format that meant that I could listen to it nowadays. The response to my initial query was prompt and helpful, the price was good, I received communication to say that my tape had arrived safely and I received a call to make sure that what was being transferred was correct. An easy company to talk to, swift transfers and good quality. I thought I would need track splitting but as it turned out I didn't, so Transfer Audio called me and volunteered the refund. Just honest to goodness service, in the traditional manner. Will do all my future transferring with them - highly recommended.
