Although we don’t know each other, I reached out a few times to ask specific questions and always got the most helpful and detailed response back - without any “upsell” of their products. I did end up buying a few recommended restaurant maps for my upcoming trip - which look very handy. Overall these are two absolutely lovely people who really just want to help. Exactly the kind of people I hope to meet on my travels and like to try to support.
