This company is a complete rip-off. I placed my order for a suitcase Tramora Carry-on PRO in matte blood, along with a large wardrobe insert and a cup holder, 0n 19th March 2024. The websi te did not properly indicate that it was a pre-order, and it was only in the confirmation email that I found this out.
The suitcase did NOT arrive in October 2024, nor did I receive any updates from Tramora over that time, notification of delay or anything. Nor did they reply to my email inquiries.
I finally found them again on Instagram in January 2025 because the 'wardrobe' arrived completely out of the blue. It is terrible quality, nothing like advertised. I used the messaging service to contact them, and the replied. They said there had been a production delay by the case had been sent on November 7th on a 2-4 week delivery timeline (this was 8 weeks later), and that the method of transportation was by ground (!) - from China.
Today, January 10th, the case arrived. First, it includes a cup holder already, so there was no need to have paid for an extra one. The quality is TERRIBLE - the colour is very dull, cheap plastic. The tray doesn't hold up when you take it out. Worst of all, it is essentially half a suitcase, as one whole side is filled with the mechanism for the tray and the external pocket. It opens poorly. You wouldn't pay £25 for something like this in a street market. Having read the reviews I can't even be bothered to try and get a refund given the problems everyone says they have had with this. Frankly, Instagram shouldn't allow them to advertise, it is a total misrepresentation.

Similar experience to everyone else here. I keep getting told to follow the tracking - hasn't updated since December 19th..out for delivery...doesn't take a month to deliver if it's already here!! I want a refund, I don't have the product, so give me my money!

Awful experience
Awful experience. I rejected the order and got my refund. They delayed the order for so long that I had to cancel and ask for a refund from the payment processor.

THIS IS A SCAM - DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD
Exactly what everyone is experiencing. It is a SCAM. They charged my credit card in April and i received the Carry on in November. I was NOT happy with the quality at all. I asked for a return authorization immediately - well within the 30 days after receipt. i emailed 7 times. I got 3 replies saying they are too busy with shipping and would give me a return authorization after Dec 25th and still nothing. i just disputed the charges with my credit card and hope they will reverse it because it has been more then 6 months since the charge. THIS IS A SCAM - do NOT buy anything from them.

It’s a scam
It’s a scam. I never shop online but got caught with this one. Same experience as everyone else, months waiting, nonsense replies to my emails and still no product. Lesson learnt!

Manufactured in China
The website mentions how the luggage is designed in Italy and the shell is German polycarbonate, but the luggage is made in China. Very deceptive. There is one component held together with masking tape, one compartment doesn't close properly. It took months to arrive and when I reached out to the company about the delay, they sent a link to the page about their manufacturing process. At least they're consistent; the terrible customer service matches the trash that they're selling.
Update: I told my credit card company about Tramora's fraudulent advertising and LONG delivery time and requested a refund on those grounds. Suddenly Tramora was emailing every day, begging me not to take the money back. I got my refund, but Tramora is still hassling me. They keep putting me on their marketing list. I unsubscribe every time but they just keep sending emails.

Very concerned about reliability
I made an order in September and they still haven’t shipped it.
Told me I had to give my address in Chinese. Still nothing. Eventually they delivered the case end November but it involved a lot of exchanges.

Ordered and paid for over 6 months ago and no product
Order was placed June 9th, paid in full and it is the end of November with no product. I just gave them an interest free loan. I have been told it is being shipped but have yet to receive what I paid for in June.

SCAM !!!
SCAM !!!! Waited months and still no delivery. They give you an email with proof of orders being made and don’t send the items. They’ve even got a 50% off everything now it’s Christmas to create demand. It’s disgusting. All other reviews and comments are saying the same as me and being removed so I will make sure that this company will suffer
