Selbst 1 Stern zuviel. Ich habe im Mai 2024 gekauft. Im Januar kam etwas. Super schlechte Qualität. Ich musste auch noch Zoll zahlen. Auf dem Landweg aus China kam der Koffer. Gefühlt 200 Mail geschickt, immer nur Entschuldigungen. Ganz schlecht, ich glaube sogar Betrug. NICHT KAUFEN. Ihr ärgert Euch. Unfassbar schlecht. Eigentlich müsste man Anzeige erstatten.

Shop Elsewhere.

An example of clear, clever marketing that fails to deliver on the promise it makes of high quality. Delivery was months late, the telescopic catch in the handle broke within two uses, and overall the bag is now rendered useless. Huge waste of money; don't be fooled. I will remove this if I am refunded; if you're reading this, then they don't offer refunds either.

Update: The customer service department has made contact and provided a full refund the same day. My experience would say you can shop with confidence of reimbursement if you're not satisfied with your purchase.

**SCAM COMPANY**
After waiting over 4 months for the suitcase to be delivered I received a pack of pink tissues.
I was lucky the item was delivered to our offices which have CCTV and I videed the opening of the package.
Having asked for a refund I was ignored until I raised the claim with Barclay's credit card disputes and copied in Tramora. Funny enough they then responded to say sorry for the error and they will refund.

Dont be fooled by their response to this 1 star review or any other review, its a scam and anyone who doesn't use a credit card or have evidence of the item being delivered may not be so lucky to get a refund.

What they didn't compensate for was the waste of 4 months and time spent getting the money back.

I recieved my product today...

I received my product today 18.03.25 - the cabin pro luggage after 2 months of waiting and chasing.

The product delivers on features but the materials are so cheap and flimsy. I'm sure it will break on first use.

I'm waiting for a refund after I return the product. Let's see if they give customers a refund?!

Updates: 19.03.25 they emailed me offering to refund only 20% and keep the product - seriously?! The same spiel about pre-orders and that they cannot process a refund right now but will be in touch when they can. This is so unprofessional. Its within the 30 days of delivery and they are not processing my refund request. I don't think the product is worth more then $20-30 and i paid $237 USD!! I want a refund please @tramora!!

23.3.25 I was told I would get my refund so waiting now. They said 5-10 days. Order TR-6561

A piece of junk that I wouldn't even take on a tip

I received my suitcase about 5 months after ordering and I have to say it is a piece of junk. I don't think it would last a trip so I never used it. It has all of the functions that are advertised but it is so poorly assembled with such cheap fittings that I am just going to put this on the curb as I have no use for storing this piece of junk in my house.

This is a scam

This is a scam. Didn’t send me all the products and it’s been over 2 months. Sent an email and they said I needed official ID documents ? Refused the refund because I didn’t want to give them government documents. Didn’t hear back from them after that.

The Pro suitcase (when it arrives 3-4 months later) is flimsy and unusable. I doubt you will be allowed on a plane given recent battery fires. Don’t get sucked in by the marketing. I’m giving two stars to reflect that the company returned my money. Sent an initial email to be rebuffed - but when provided with a short video as well as a complaint via Tazapay, the company immediately actioned the refund. I am grateful for this.

5 Monate musste ich auf die Lieferung…

5 Monate musste ich auf die Lieferung warten, das Innenzubehör wurde aus Indien angeliefert, der Koffer am Landweg aus der VR China. Es waren Einfuhrumsatzsteuern und 2x handling Gebühren zu bezahlen. Finally kam ein schweres Monster von Handgepäckskoffer welcher allein vom Gewicht her nicht als solcher zu verwenden ist. Der Schwerpunkt ist falsch justiert, der Koffer hängt schief von der Hand und schlägt beim gehen an den Füßen. Stellt man den Laptop auf den leeren Koffers kippt der ganze Koffer um. Letztlich wenig Platz Dinge einzupacken. Egal, der Koffer ist ohnehin zu schwer. Zusammenfassung: eine Katastrophe. Gutes Marketing. Schlechtes Produkt.

Poorly made, no customer service non existent

Customer service is very lacking. I ordered in July, received mid December. I took it out immediately, looked it over, and was disappointed. It’s just not quality. And I was charged 389. I travel a lot, and have experienced many pieces of luggage, from Ebags to Tumi. I wanted to love this roll aboard because the design itself is very good. The execution is not. It is flimsy, and simply cannot function the way they propose-it’s more like a made for display piece not meant to be used. I initiated return immediately. They did not respond. I emailed again. I received a “we are busy from holidays will get back to you soon”. I emailed twice more with same response. The last response asked if I’d like them to go ahead and ship the accessories (dust cover, etc), I said no, I want to return, please give RMA number. No response. Next thing I know I have a box with all the accessories. I finally called my credit card company and asked for a charge back and gave them all the email correspondence dates and explained their refusal to issue an RMA. Their website says if you return without an RMA, they will refuse to refund. I’m sick of this box sitting in my entryway, and want to get rid of it. Sheesh, what does that take?????

D’abord j’ai attendu plus que 3 mois pour la recevoir ! Après un voyage toute la couleur part déjà sur les coins . Trop grande pour les vols low coast , le guidon trop large pour accrocher des sacs standards. Le chargement telephone ne fonctionne pas . Trop de défauts pour être parfaite

Do not order from this company! I ordered a suitcase in November 2024 with the promise of "ships in 2 to 3 weeks". Three months later, I've still not received it. They are scammers. Avoid at all costs.

Received product 9 months after…

Received product 9 months after ordering. Immediately requested a refund as there is no room in the bag, and have been waiting two months for them to respond to my refund request. They continue to answer emails sporadically and say they the refund instructions are coming. Awful company.

Same experience - delays, poor communication - arrived, and agree… not well designed nor well made. The handle even detached! On the positive, when I emailed them about that, they quickly replied and said they initiated a full refund which posted within days. They thanked me for the pix and said it would help their designers improve the product - which made me wonder if the handle coming off has been a common issue…

VERY Low quality, six months delivery time

Bought a carry-on pro with all accessories to try out. Purchased in Aug 2024, delivery ETA in October 2024, accessories arrived randomly along Dec 2024. Suitcase arrived in Jan 2025.

Everything is made of flimsy plastic, the laptop tray is wobbly, wouldn’t trust my laptop with it, the wheel locking wire is held in place with masking tape, the only metallic parts I found are the TSA locks and maybe the wheels. I started using the accessories separately and one of the pouches internal nets broke after 7 days.

If this was designed in Italy, it was not by professional designers. And the materials are of the lowest quality.

Bad company, good product

I received the product in Jan 27th, but it was ordered in Nov. I did not have any kind of feedback from the supplier, and I was expecting be a fraude in the end, but for my surprice the product is excelent and arrive at home with all accessories.

Heel lang moeten wachten maar…

Heel lang moeten wachten maar uiteindelijk gekregen. Ik dacht echt dat dit SCAM was maar dat is het uiteindelijk dus niet. Dus geduld allemaal koffer komt er echt aan! Ik heb de duurste koffer (rood, mat, PRO) en moet zeggen dat deze niet tegenvalt.

Misschien mag je wel voor dit bedrag wat meer luxe verwachten qua materialen, maar ik snap ergens ook dat marketing en presentatie (Dat doen ze namelijk heel erg goed) ook heel veel geld kost.

Vandaag voor eerst in gebruik en er mee lopen gaat erg goed (rolt goed). Ok, zeker geen 5 sterren, maar zeker ook geen 1 of 2 sterren. 3,5 zou ik willen geven maar dat gaat niet en dan rond ik toch maar af op 3.

Full refund received

Following on from my previous emails to Tramora I have now received a full refund for the Carry On Pro I received, and want to return, as well as all the items I did not receive.
I had asked how to return the Carry On Pro and was informed that as the company is busy dealing with orders to be posted, they will be in touch later to let me know how to return my case, with its labels intact and its original packaging. In the meantime I was very happy to receive the full refund.

Ich kann davon nur abraten hier zu kaufen

Ich kann davon nur abraten hier zu bestellen. Die Lieferung dauerte 2 Monate und einer der Koffer war beschädigt und Zubehör im Wert von 130€ fehlte. Auf die Reklamation warten wir jetzt seit 3 Wochen auf eine Antwort, Funkstille.

Nie wieder kaufe ich hier.

Won't refund my money and keep asking for a personal data

So i was ordering in a website similar as this, thruall.co and order from that website. And then i realized in a week that there is no option to track order and i email them to ask for it and they always giving an excuse that actually make no sense. So i ask for refund and they keep asking me for a personal data that have no relation to actually process a refund. And after that i insult them for trying to scam me and then they won't email me anymore.
