Paula was great to listen to my concerns and we went over the training that has been done. Suggestions were made, however, I had tried those.
I felt Paula was deeply concerned about issue. She gave a couple options which I will consider.

I had a wonderful chat with Emily on two training issues for my two dachshunds, which I am now working on. She sent some good videos which were very clear and easy to understand. The other videos are also very good.

Thorough and helpful ideas for working through behavior concerns with dogs and puppies! Very good communication and super helpful phone call with trainer.

We were having a specific issue with our puppy which the training material addressed well but then the trainer conversation went a bit farther and gave us very helpful advice.

Love the staff they are great and really care about animals they were great and efficient my dog Is very well trained now thank u so much

Thanks to this application I was able to tame my husky. She became obedient and manageable. We have found ways to influence her behavior when necessary.

They have great experience to train dogs it is very nice and useful app for pet training

So far so pretty interesting training techniques. Love this I can speak with a trainer every couple of weeks. I wish the potty training guide was in more depth.

Gentalman I talked to was very good at explaining. I’m Not a very good teacher. Customers need to be ask how much experience the owner has.

I bought this only for potty training. The layout of the book and website was great but it decibel didn't help with my mini golden doodle even after a couple months of following the techniques.

The course I paid for is fine but very generic and videos poor quality. I also found the chats with the trainers great on EDC, however I am not impressed with the manipulative way that the transition from the free month of EDC to payment for monthly or lifetime occurs.
There is no automated email to let the client know that time is nearly up, or how much it will cost ie $67/month and then if you don't want to pay that, it reduces to $67 per lifetime. That email could also include how to cancel the subscription. There is however, an automated email to tell the client that they have now subscribed for another month. This is quite unethical.
It is also difficult to find the prices of the EDC or how to cancel the transcription on trainpetdog.com as the website is set out poorly. Tabs would be easier for the reader to navigate.
I did not give permission for my credit card to be reused (after paying for the course) for EDC.

All of the information is very useful getting your dog to be obedient and cooperative. The other training isn’t specific to Jack Russell‘s.Being able to speak to a trainer in person is so helpful for specific problems or concerns you may have. Having the help of a professional makes all the difference!
