I enjoyed working with the trainer pro, but I am still having trouble training my dog. I am not sure what the problem is, but I think it is too many bosses trying to train him. He does not seem to know who to listen to and some of the people in my house continue to disregard my requests to not feed him people food and things like that. When I discipline him, he revolts and reverts to bad behavior like going potty in the house, or biting. Things I thought we had gotten past already. I have not discussed this behavior with my trainer yet, so it is not their fault that I am having these problems.

I had applied for a hard cover book about a month ago and still have not received it. Also no reply so far to the request I sent them. I didn’t realize also that I had signed up automatically to be charged each month for $67. Still waiting on a refund for the second month. Anyway the company may have helped some people out but I’m not recommending it.

The website is a mess. Can’t log into anything when i have a question that i can get an answer from without having to speak with anyone. The one on one with a vet has been the only thing that has helped. My password doesn’t work and i don’t want to change it as i haven’t forgotten it, it just doesn’t work.

After many complaints these people answered that they had contacted me by email. THEY HAVE NOT.

My talk with the trainer gave me insight to house train my dog. Things to do and not do.I was keeping the leash on him but not consistently.
Separation anxiety was another issue we spoke about. He doesn’t cry every time I leave now. Still working on that also.
My problem is that I don’t get on the computer to read about all the training that is available to me. The answers are there. I just need to do what I need to do. Is the course worth it…absolutely!

He's a good dog and very friendly to other dogs and people, rather than being aggressive. I would like more information on how to keep him entertained.

Loved being able to talk to a trainer, even though it was not so easy to work out the time differences between America and Australia. Having a town or city to put into time difference apps would have been helpful.

Was easy to get a hold of someone. Books I got seem interesting. Trainer seemed knowledgeable to talk to.

I contacted you regarding the written program. No response as of yet. The printed program has such small print that with my No 2 readers, I still had to use a magnifying glass to read the tiny print. The purpose of wanting the printed material was to read in my spare time without using a computer. Not happening. I asked for a refund of the $60 charge for the return of the book. No response.
