Training Camp gave me exactly what I needed to pass the CISSP exam.
This was my first time using Training Camp, and I was blown away. The AZ-104 course was hands-on, with tons of labs and examples
Signed up for a CISSP training boot camp using my own personal funds ~= $4000. My class was scheduled for February 2020 and I did not feel comfortable being a class due to COVID's peak. They refused a refund and they were incredibly rude and unprofessional. Do NOT use this company for your training. I ended up doing self-study and passed on my first attempt in 2021.
very misleading
CCNP- ENCOR
pass guarantee does not include more than 1 voucher. just the ability to re-sit the class. Which is fine. No SPECIFIC information for the guarantee is listed on the website that I could find. Be warned.
Most places give 2 vouchers.
Took NET+ and CCNA, to include resits on the class. The material is definitely an exam prep, not teaching the material. The biggest thing is most of the topics on the exam is not even spoken of in class. And while they say there is a pass guarantee, they will not give you a second voucher for the exam, they make you pay for the tests out of pocket. They wont even give out their training presentations, it's just on mimeo so you cant print or use it for later. HIGHLY recommend looking into a different company who will teach the material and exam objectives. I wont be taking another class with them.
I signed up for 2 trainings and ofcourse the differentiator was coverage for certification cost (the term they use is "guaranteed certification" which I understand from other sources really means upto maybe two free exam attempts), Anyway for someone new and going for CISSP it mattered. Now I noticed the exam voucher that was provided had a validity of approx 1 year which was great & helped and having gotten through my CISSP on first attempt I then focussed on CCSP, but unfortunately realized the quality of training varied between trainers and also which certification one is going for, which meant I had to prepare more myself than rely on the guidance received, while dealing with some family situation due to covid infections. In the interim unfortunately I overlooked that the voucher was expiring much earlier (less than 5 months vs 1 year in case of CISSP) and as I got down to schedule my test I noticed that it had just expired a week ago, so I quickly wrote to training camp support and have been since just been given a run around, from suggestion on contacting ISC2 team which didn't yield result to inadequate support and response on why they may provide voucher's with different validity. Needless to say that it made for a long anxious moment where I had taken time off from work and prepared for the exam for which there wasn't a good training and eventually resulting in more self preparation, and unable to schedule a test and finally a run around for which there wasn't going to be a positive outcome. To add to that my entire payment on training was a waste. It also makes me wonder if they would have indeed kept their commitment on "guaranteed certification" had I not passed my CISSP on first attempt. Very disappointed.
So not use no refunds and site doesn’t work
I bought several CompTIA courses from Training Camp. They were a great deal, considering they included exam vouchers, and their sales team worked with me to find the right collection of courses to fit my budget, and even took interest in my career.
I've completed 2 of their courses now. Both professors were extremely knowledgeable in their field and gave context to help understand the learnings. Course materials were helpful and relevant.
So far I've scheduled and taken one of the exams - and I passed. Do note though that the lecture is not enough - you'll need to continue to study and review the topics after class as well if you want to succeed. Overall I'm very happy with their courses and would take them again.
