Area of improvement:
- Attended the recorded training - so no opportunity to ask questions during the training. But most principles ended up being clarified.

The online platform made it a great experience. The trainer was well informed about the subject, the breaks in between were perfect. The assessment at the end of the course gave us a feel of how the real exam will be like.

My experience with Merit Training has been a pleasant one. Mr. Rupesh, the cordinator was very responsive for all the questions and clarifications about the classes etc.
Trainer - Mr Alfred is very knowledgeable and was very helpful in making us understand practical applications of every PMI concepts and the agile approach. Although the total training schedule got dragged due to unforeseen situations/technical glitches, overall there was good engagement and their training materials are really resourceful. Trainer provides insights about PMI exam oriented questions which is great.

The course was very well laid out and easy to follow. I was concerned that some practice tests offered by others seemed different. But, when it came to taking the test, this course was right on point for passing the test. Highly recommended.

It was a valuable experience because the company brought together people and professionals working in both European and non-European contexts, who have been familiar with the topic for years. This allowed me, personally, to understand my strengths and limitations, identify areas for future improvement, and especially assess my level of English proficiency—particularly in terms of listening skills and the ability to engage in discussions on various topics.

I have paid 35k for CMRP training and certification. When understand that this is only a training program,I asked for refund. Till date Neither i got my money nor the course access. The Training co-ordinator Rupesh Shetty is fraud master mind. He is sharing false information and do not picking up my phone.I is now more than 12 days.

I recently attended the 35-hour PMP Essentials Course conducted by Merit Global and would like to share my feedback.
Rupesh Shetty - the Executive Director of Merit Global was very cooperative and provided us comprehensive PMP exam preparation course materials. Parag Kumar Jana was our trainer. I find him professional and knowledgeable in PMBOK and PMP exam contents. The session was always engaging with interactive discussions. Parag also provided tips and strategies for PMP exam. I find it extremely helpful, particularly in the area of time management and understanding the question patterns.
Merit Global also created a WhatsApp group to provide post-training session support for PMP exam preparation; I look forward to getting access to additional practice questions.
My overall experience is that the session was amazing as it was both informative and beneficial. Thank you for providing this opportunity.

Very useful training, able to explore more concepts from the trainer

The faculty was very approachable and provided appropriate responses to our enquiries

The instructor - Arvind Sharma was fantastic. He had great personal experience to share to help understand the material. I enjoyed the class tremendously and have learned a great deal and look forward to attaining my PMP certifications. I will also be back to take additional courses.
