Fake trainers no return address still haven't had a refund or return address every excuse not give you your money back DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS SELLING COUNTERFEIT TRAINERS THEY HAVE FAKE STOCK X QR CODES ON THEM THE COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO CALL IT THAT GIVES YOU THE RUN AROUND WHEN TRYING TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK AND THE CHAT ON THE LIVE CHAT DISAPPEARS WHEN YOU ARE TRYING TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF THIS WEBSITE THE TRAINERS ARE FAKES FROM HONK KONG IF I COULD PUT THE CONVERSATIONS I HAVE HAD TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK AND A RETURN ADDRESS I WOULD IT IS ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING THEY HAVE ROBBED ME OF £200 DEFINITELY A SCAM SITE

Absolutely shocking customer service and the tone and rudeness via chat is not acceptable !!!

Sent me the wrong size trainers …. returned at my expense …. then feigned it was my error that I ordered the wrong size ….. have requested a refund (over £200) on multiple occasions - which they are staying is not policy as I ordered the wrong size !

Seriously avoid this cowboy operation and pay a little more for high street prices …. guess I should have taken note of their poor reviews before I ordered !

Initially it was a rocky start as I did not receive confirmation email with shipping details. I contacted number on website and they were very apologetic & helpful. I later received the email & yesterday received the trainers. The trainers are beautiful. I would use this company again. The customer service eliminated any negative thoughts I had.

So I should of listened to people who told me not to buy from this website. They sell fakes I compared real Jordan to their fake ones and damn I was scammed and they even cost more than the real ones ridiculous. And it was hard to return as they keep making excuses. So becarful and buy real ones from Nike and real website.

Included a voucher of -10 pounds for the next purchase, but that must be used within the month. .. is very short dated as sneakers are not that cheap. Voucher valid for 3 months would be better ;0).

I have now purchased several pairs and delivery is a little bit slow. Sneakers always look great.

We are regularly kept informed by email of the progress of the order, the delivery time is quite quick. The packaging is careful. The content of my order met my expectations.

Unfortunately, after having placed and paid my order, I received a mail a few days later that they were no longer in stock. This should have been mentioned from the start as I needed to start looking elsewhere and wait for my reimbursement.
However, I do give a 5 star to the sales person Abraham who was very helpful and responded very swiftly to my questions !

Counterfeit Trainers Please Avoid
Where do I start. My wife ordered Black Nike Air Vapourmax Plus from this website.
1- took them 10 days or just over to deliver
2- during this time we found lots of negative reviews about their business ethics and sale of counterfeit products
3- she messaged them highlighting her concerns and it seems like they use ChatGPT coz their responses are ridiculously long, odd and very much customer blaming tone.
4- finally received the product and not to our surprise- box was not a genuine Nike box & The label was fake
4- the biggest giveaway was the logo Nike swoosh on the heel.
5- there was a fake stock X tag on a trainer with scan code which was a dud. The tag it’s self was in a bad state
6- there was also a pair of Chinese socks in the box too.
7- went to my local Nike and they concluded that my suspicion was correct the trainers are counterfeit.
8- wrote them back asking for our money back and as expected we got a long email still stating the trainers are real. However now they were happy to refund provided we send the counterfeit product back to them.
9- I promised them that I will be posting all their emails and mine on line and this is the first step towards it
10- there are two names registered to this company both of them are of south Asian nationality not sure if their names that I now have are real or fake. But I will be passing them on to the trading standards and on social media.

11- I am expecting them saying that they don’t recognise my details on this platform and this is because my wife ordered the trainers and she used her details.

12- I will also write to Nike separately so that they can take needed action against this business.

Trainers are sick highly recommend bought a few pairs there banging🔥 Thankyou so much🔥🤟🏽 will be coming back in the near future

Always good service and fast delivery. I have only been satisfied with my shoes from you. This is the 3rd time I shop with you, but it certainly won't be the last time. Will have to own some Air jordan 5 Retro Black Cat.

Firstly I want to say thank you for spoiling my boys birthday he wanted Jordan 4 thunders for 1 year for his birthday firstly it took long time for the delivery to come and then a day later we found out they were fake this company is selling shoes for £200 when they are fake I can get a fake pair for like £20 the best thing you can do is to give me a refund.

Excellent customer service and very friendly when dealing with enquiries. Delivery may take a few days more when ordering from the UK, but I cannot fault the product at all(100% authentic). I ordered Jordan 4s for my teen daughter, she absolutely loves them and they are perfect. Will definitely order again! Poor reviews prior to mine left me feeling uneasy about my purchase initially, but I’m glad I proceeded as my experience has been completely positive and I have no bad word to say. Just a perfect example of how you’ll only read into the ‘bad reviews’…don’t be fooled by a few negative narratives! Our trainers arrived within a reasonable timeframe and they are 100% authentic!
