Bought some Jordon's in December 2022
Bought some Jordon's in December 2022. Very happy with them and no issues untill we went to sell them on Ebay. They had to be authenticated by the Ebay team first. Unfortunately they cam back as fake. I have emailed Trainerfactory on 31 October but they have not responded. So I can only assume they are fake and the compnay is hoping I go away.
Many thanks for your comments, firstly I have already "reached out to you by email but you failed to respond and secondly ebay do have a systm with professonals to identify traner fakes, please see ebays website for this.

Unfortunately, all trainers from this company are fake possibly, they are unaware or just fraudsters I can provide proof if need be
In response to you telling me I’m not a customer is because I was about to purchase three pairs of trainers from your company after asking if your products were genuine, and then you guys replied that they are then when I had a look on your Instagram, I noticed all the Nike vapour max plus are fake
if you look at your Nike vapour max on instagram at the back compared to real vapour max plus there almost flat compared to real ones that are rounded off check it your self and look at the tongue that’s not got the correct grooves that will explain it all to you if in doubt have a look your self or il prove it to everyone leave it at that thanks
If u would like me to provide you with photos from your instagram I would be happy to do so
And also provide you with photos of the genuine products so you can do the comparison your selfs or ask a expert, or possibly even nike as you are using their trademark to sell fake products if u would like could take this to trading standards or fix up before some one els does .
Don’t want to point out the obvious but tell me what the five star reviews have in common !!! ?

Asked for a refund was toldvthatbthey do not do refunds etc. Under uk anything bought online can be refunded no questions asked within two weeks of purchase. They also force you to ourchase things through their clear pay system. Which is a credit arrangement. This company is dody they buy their trainers from stock x and sell them to us at a profit. IF YOU SANT WANT TRAINERS GO TO STOCK X

With Christmas approaching please do not be fooled by this company, if I could upload here I would send you all my communication with them, they absolutely sell fake trainers you can buy in wellsbourne market in Stratford for £25-£40 (exactly the same product)
I paid near £500 for two pairs of fakes (verified by Nike) the one I have Royal Mail postage proof of return they speak to you in broken English pretending you never returned (I have a receipt for proof) my purchase was over a year ago but most importantly this is a reminder to be careful. I would say some reviews on here of positive are from people don’t realise they have a good replica of the trainers or people linked to the company writing themselves
Anyone who wants proof I can email all my correspondence!
