We ourselves are going through a transformation as a firm. We’ve had a few new senior leaders join, and that always changes the dynamic and the chemistry of an organisation. The reality was that we had not quite figured out a way to communicate that to the market. And we weren’t really quite sure how we wanted to present ourselves both from an imagery perspective and from a voiceover perspective that would communicate who we had become versus who we were.
Talitha is a fantastic facilitator of discussion. I or one of our team would come at it from a point of view of “this is how it should be” but that’s not necessarily where we would end up because she would ask questions around our goals and what our intent was which really helped to guide our thinking and enabled us to articulate much clearer what our vision and strategy was.

Now that we’ve been working together for over a year, I also know that they’re good at holding us accountable over what we say we want to do, which keeps us on the right path moving forwards.

We took Talitha on board as a marketing professional, and also because she is very client-focused. She reacts very quickly to anything that we ask and is able to meet our needs literally within sometimes hours.

A couple of good examples – one was a proposal for a very important client of ours which was turned around in under a day, and another was a major piece of work in mapping which again was turned around extremely quickly, efficiently and the quality of work was superb.

Working together I’ve found a lot of value in using Trailblaze as a sounding board. There’s a good example where a few months ago I asked whether I should pay a particular publication to publish an article on us – they, in a very analytical way, persuaded me that it was a complete waste of money to do that, which saved me quite a lot!
