Very disappointed - delivery did not meet promises
I am very disappointed with my experience and purchase from Popularity Bazaar.
I have purchased services from them on over 12 occasions, both views and subscribers. To be completely honest: some parts were delivered as promised. However, a large part of what I paid for was never delivered, despite the fact that it was a significant amount.
When I contacted them, I received a response via email where they referred to technical delivery issues and promised to either fix this within 24 hours or refund the part that was not delivered. Unfortunately, neither the full delivery nor the promised action took place, despite the promise.
I take responsibility for the purchase being my own choice, but based on my overall experience, I want to be transparent and warn others: in my case, I did not get what was promised, and the problems were not fixed.
This is why I cannot recommend purchasing services from here.

We’re sorry to hear about your disappointment and would like to clarify the situation. The issue occurred because multiple overlapping orders were placed for the same channel/videos, which is outlined in our Terms & Conditions and can cause delivery delays and tracking issues.
That said, we have never refused a solution. We’ve offered to complete the remaining delivery, issue a refund for any undelivered part, or provide compensation. We’re still open to resolving this fairly.
Please reach out so we can finalize a refund or compensation immediately.
