Hi there — I’m really sorry about the drop you saw right after delivery. 🙏
Follower counts can fluctuate due to platform audits and natural churn, but this isn’t the experience we want for you. We include a refill/retention guarantee precisely for cases like this.
Here’s what we can do right away:
Top you back up to the full 1,000 and add a buffer to cover short-term churn.
Monitor the order for a few days and apply free refills if any further drops occur.
Please share your order ID and profile @/link via Trustpilot DM or email us at hello@popularitybazaar.com
so we can action this immediately. If you prefer higher stability going forward, we can also switch you to our higher-retention tier.
We’ll make this right—thanks for giving us the chance to fix it.

Hi,
We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you sharing your concerns.
At PopularityBazaar, we aim to deliver high-quality results with reliable retention. If followers or likes drop unexpectedly, we always provide free refills within the guarantee period. Our support team is available 24/7, and we take every request seriously — so it’s surprising to hear you didn’t receive help.
We’d like to review your case personally. Please contact us at hello@popularitybazaar.com

Scam alert! Unethical business
I ordered Instagram followers from Popularity Bazaar, but I never received the full amount promised. I had to email them three times just to get any kind of response. Most of the followers I initially received quickly disappeared, so I requested a refill. Again, it took multiple requests (three times) before they finally refilled my order.
Shortly after that, I lost 90% of the followers I purchased. I reached out to request a refund, especially since their website clearly states a 30-day money-back guarantee. However, they are now refusing to communicate or honor their refund policy.
This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Their service is unreliable, and their customer support is unprofessional and unethical. I would strongly caution anyone considering their services to think twice. I just want my money back.

Hi,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. While we’re truly sorry to hear that you’re dissatisfied, we do want to clarify a few important points for accuracy.
At PopularityBazaar, we always deliver the full amount of followers ordered, and we offer free refill protection if any drop occurs within the covered timeframe. Our customer support team is available 24/7, and we take pride in responding to every inquiry — often within minutes. To say we don’t respond or refuse communication simply does not reflect how we operate.
Regarding refunds, we’d like to be clear: we always honor our 30-day money-back guarantee, as stated on our website — when the terms are met. We never ignore refund requests, and any valid claim is reviewed and processed fairly.
If you're still facing an unresolved issue, we encourage you to reach out again at hello@popularitybazaar.com
with your order number and “Trustpilot Review Follow-Up” in the subject. We’re happy to review your case and resolve it properly.

As i thought..
As i thought... I bought 1000 YT views and the average watch time out of 9 minute long video is crazy 15 seconds. It's a disaster for a channel, don't recommend.

Subscriber Scam
Great for getting quick likes and views on YT, but when it comes to real genuine subscribers, this is where it's a scam. You suddenly get subscribers, and then after about a day or so, they all start dropping off again. This has happened several times under different accounts on YT, X and FB I have set up. I have reported this to them, and they keep saying they will look into it and nothing happens.

Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're sorry to hear that the results did not meet your expectations.
Fluctuations in followers or subscribers can happen across platforms like YouTube, X, and Facebook due to their internal auditing systems, which occasionally remove accounts they deem inactive or suspicious — even if they were initially delivered successfully. Unfortunately, these platform-side actions are outside our control.
That said, we take all customer concerns seriously. If you've already reached out, we sincerely apologize if you felt your issue wasn't fully resolved — that’s not the level of service we strive for. We'd appreciate the opportunity to re-evaluate your case and make it right.
Please email us again at Hello@popularitybazaar.com
with your order details so we can personally assist you.

Absoluter Schund.
Absoluter Schund.

Bots
They delivered fast, but all shares done by bots fake accounts. Facebook shares are private anyways, so nobody can see them but the bots publishing them, and Twitter's were done by Chinese fake accounts with no followers and thousands of repost

Hi Rih Rih,
Thanks so much for your review and for choosing PopularityBazaar! 🚀 We're happy to hear the boost to your TikTok page was fast and effective.
Regarding the small drop in followers — this can sometimes happen as TikTok periodically removes inactive or low-quality accounts. While we always aim to provide high-retention and real engagement, slight fluctuations may still occur due to platform policies.
If you'd like a free top-up or need assistance, feel free to reach out to us at hello@popularitybazaar.com

Hello Razo,
We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and the misunderstanding regarding your order. We would like to clarify that we carefully process all payments and orders, and we never withhold services intentionally.

Regarding the refund, PayPal's processing times are beyond our control, but we always ensure that refunds are issued promptly if a service cannot be delivered.
Please contact us at hello@popularitybazaar.com with your order details (or PayPal transaction ID), and we’ll ensure this matter is resolved immediately.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we hope to regain your trust.
