Absolutely money Hungary told them a year ago via phone and email I didn't want them to continue taking my money from my accoint again this year they have done it again had to cancel my card just to stop them 2 years in a row asked them the first year I didn't authorise it amd to stop told me to do it via email I did had a response then they took it again this year what a joke

I honestly had no idea what I was doing when I was setting up my new (very small..) business but these guys made it oh so easy.

Yes, a little bit on the expensive side but the customer service that was provided to me throughout every step of the process was well worth it.

I have always used TradingAs and paid a little more for their services than renewing directly through ASIC. As Trading As has always made the whole process effortless and well worth it. They have proactively diagnosed and fixed issues (including technical ones) and liaised with ASIC on my behalf when necessary, something which I have always found difficult to do in attempting to deal directly with ASIC. They’re easy to contact 24/7 by phone and email, and their clear, honest support really helped me through a period of hardship. I highly recommend this business and service for anyone who values responsiveness, convenience and practical help.

TradingAs have definitely helped me immensely over the years and they have been worth every penny when it comes to protecting my business name and my sanity, e.g. saving me from ASIC Keys, ASIC Accounts, long holds on the phone, different personnel putting you through to different extensions etc. and I highly recommend them!

Absolute scam. You do all the work by filling in the blanks. Business registration name is $45 per year through asic.

This is just another company that way overcharges when you can do exactly the same thing with ASIC. Furthermore it extracts your info off the ASIC site without your permission. Sends letters to your business without your permission using this line in their letter "is currently overdue and the renewal process has stalled". This is absolute garbage don't believe it. Whilst it clearly states in the letter that it is NOT ASIC these operators (and there are many) take advantage of people who don't necessarily know what they are doing when setting up a business. Go to ASIC guys.

Tried phoning TradingAs.com.au, and it went straight to voicemail. Not good signs initially, but their website says they get back to you in two hours - I was like yeah right, what kind of business does that - wow. 15 minutes and they assisted me with everything. I wanted to set up a company, but they couldn’t assist me with that, however, they helped point me in the right direction so I could set it up. Thanks heaps guys. Legends!!

TradingAs.com.au are a good bunch of blokes. I was a bit skeptical approaching this mob when I saw a few of the negative reviews, however, they are solid, down to earth people that want you to start on the right foot.

I spoke with Kiren, he answered all my questions that I had and asked follow up ones to make sure I was on the same page. Would highly recommend anyone looking to start things off on the right foot

If I could give 4.5 stars I would, and I’m happy to round it up to 5. I was really stressed about getting my business name sorted and dealing with the government. TradingAs made it straightforward and explained what they needed. Their website was easy to follow, and when I had a few questions, support replied quickly. The fee is higher than going direct to the government, but I felt it was fair given the time and hassle it saved me. Overall, a smooth experience and I’d definitely use them again next time I need to register a business name.
