Tracy has been a fantasic find

Tracy has been a fantasic find, the help and advice she has given me has helped me to resolve my insomnia which suddenly hit me several months back after years of trouble free sleep. She is very easy to talk to and a great listener, and has compassionately guided me through a difficult time.
To anyone struggling with sleep, I'd say, don't struggle alone or bother with sleep apps, just talk to Tracy who can help you with all the tools you'll need to get back your life and stop dreading the bedtimes.

Tracy is the real deal

Tracy is the real deal: a “reflective practitioner”. She not only has a highly practical approach, but combines this with the ability to make complex things simple. These come from caring profoundly about her clients and their issues, and from thinking deeply about the role she plays and her own lived experience. Thus she has helped me quickly and safely escape from the nightmare of insomnia, and I can’t thank her enough.

HIGH QUALITY COACHING

Tracy proved to be a highly effective and valued coach. She is an excellent listener, asks thoughtful and thought-provoking questions, prompts serious self-reflection, and is a font of information on traversing the challenge of insomnia, and I say all this from the unique perspective of over 15 years as a certified leadership coach. I highly recommend her!

Never looked back

I went to Tracy earlier in the year when I was experiencing the worst phase of insomnia, some nights it would be two or three hours and others none. I was calling in sick to work and having to go back and forth with doctors about going on medication or not.

I reached out to Tracy and had a quick chat a few hours later about what I was experiencing and the issues I was facing. After one session my sleep after a week was already so much better. Full nights of sleep, not getting up in the middle of the night and no more insomnia!

She gave me all the right tools and tips to help me get my sleep better which stopped my insomnia so quick, since this I have made no more phone calls to work about being sick and starting to ease off my mediation.

Having chronic insomnia is so disheartening and takes over your life, thankfully for having Tracy there she allowed me to get back in control and get myself back on track.

Could not recommend enough

I started experiencing some sleeping issues for the first time in my life around October 2024 which got progressively worse over the next few months. I felt helpless, anxious and completely lost. I was lucky enough to be come across Tracy in January 2025 and I’ve never been more grateful!

Tracy helped me understand what was causing my insomnia and provided me with the most invaluable techniques to manage the issue but also the constant anxiety around it too. Within a weeks I saw a tremendous improvement with my insomnia and I slowly started to feel like my old self again. It was so comforting having Tracy to talk to and guide me with my issues as she’s experienced them herself and can completely empathise with how difficult it can be. I went from sleeping between 30 minutes – 2 hours per night in November 2024 to not having a single sleepless night in March 2025, with the help of Tracy. Fast forward to now, I no longer find myself struggling with insomnia and if I ever have a sleepless night or struggle to sleep I know exactly how to overcome it quickly.

I honestly could not recommend her enough and am so grateful for her help and support. Her tips and techniques are so helpful and she helps finds techniques that are tailored specifically for you. She’s comforting and responds very quickly when you need her.

Tracy's programs gave me my life back!

After struggling with insomnia all my life, I did the CBTI program during Covid which helped, yet I needed more support. I found Tracy on Facebook. She not only provided continuous coaching support and tips through her live video interactions/ courses, but her group of followers also responded and we became friends... all over the world. Truly a gift in my life!

I seem to be sleeping a lot better…

I seem to be sleeping a lot better after Tracy’s course! I’ve been putting into practice the knowledge she shared and the various tips, and so far things are good.

I have a suffered for years with sleep problems and even worse since my second baby as I cannot get back to sleep after he has woken up. I have various health issues that are made worse by lack of sleep and now I’m so grateful to not be struggling in that department. Thank you to Tracy for putting the course together and for the amazing work helping people.

Tracy is such a compassionate and…

Tracy is such a compassionate and empathetic coach. She really sees and understands the struggles you have - she has been there herself. She was so supportive in her approach, I found myself after our session together really starting to surrender to the new approaches that she offered. Insomnia is really a lonely and scary place to be if you don't have a higher perspective. She will support in giving you that! Thanks Tracy!

Anxiety and Worry melted away

Tracy offered a warm, comfortable aura and space to talk about the sleep challenges I was facing. She explained everything in great detail and used analogies to help convey the messages and helped me understand the specific problems I was encountering. From our chemistry call through to the paid sessions I learned valuable tips, received advice and learned strategies on how I could improve my sleep. I was surprised at how quickly the changes were embeded and now fall alseep in minutes. The worry I had about sleep has melted away and I now look forward to getting into my bed.
I'd recommend booking in a chemistry call at least to discuss how Tracy may be able to help you if you struggle with sleep.

I would recommend Tracy to anyone with insomnia

I've just finished the 'sleep reboot programme'. I found Tracy's approach super practical, packed with achievable goals and useful practices. I would recommend her to anyone who suffers from insomnia. There are very sleep coaches for adults 'out there'. The health service in the UK offers no reliable pathways for people with my kind of insomnia (as far as i am aware at least). Tracy's coaching fills this gap and I am super grateful to have found her. My sleep has improved significantly since our first meeting, even if it remains fragile under certain circumstances (which I have learnt to recognise and can now track more effectively). Tracy, please continue to offer this work. You are super good at it! ❤️

Just after 1 hour online session with…

Just after 1 hour online session with Tracy the difference to my sleeping is incredible. Tracy taught me various techniques to deal with my night time waking which I had thought was caused by back pain. My sleep problems have practically disappeared and if I do wake I now feel equipped with techniques to enable me to go back to sleep.

Huge help

I have struggled with insomnia for years! I have tried everything to help my waking up multiple times in the night stop and nothing worked! Speaking to a sleep coach was my last resort but I was pleasantly surprised when the advice Tracy gave me actually started working about 4 days after our first call! Tracy has helped me so much and I am finally achieving a good nights sleep where I wake up so much less! I have the techniques now and understand sleep more since working with Tracy! Tracy is so friendly and knowledgeable and I would recommend working with her if you are struggling to sleep!

Having been struggling with sleep…

Having been struggling with sleep issues for a few months, I realised I needed help. Tracy is very professional, very focused and extremely knowledgeable on sleep. For me she quickly identified where my sleep issues lay and pointed to things I could do to improve my sleep.

I found the sleep diary she provided very effective for spotting sleep (or lack of) patterns. This helped me to do my own analysis as I filled it in for 6 weeks. I have been able to assess how much sleep I really need and I am now pretty near being able to achieve that. Tracy really helped me to stabilise my sleep patterns instead of the erratic patterns I had suffered during previous months. The overall programme is very good value for money. Tracy is very generous with the time she provides. A big thank you!

Cured from Chronic Insomnia

In a word, Tracy is a FANTASTIC sleep coach! In a few other words I would say she is knowledgeable, humorous, extremely personable , reliable, professional, generous, punctual…….

I met Tracy searching for adult sleep coaches through Google. After suffering with insomnia for 30 years, i was ready for assistance. My search led me to a unique Facebook group called Insomnia and Sleep Help. Tracy does an excellent job vetting members, basically to keep scammers out who could potentially try to sell material to an extremely vulnerable group. Those who suffer from sleep challenges will know one would just about try anything to have a good night sleep. Instead, Tracey initially suggests new members watch a considerably, well executed video on sleep in part to educate, but also to introduce sleep terminology. Highly recommended first step. She offers an abundance of free information easily accessed from her well laid out tabs. Small groups or 1:1 support to personally coach one through their insomnia challenges are options available. Being a health care professional herself, she is vigilant when required to suggest people seek medical help, if warranted for eg Withdrawing from medication whereby one should be followed by a medical doctor. Having suffered from insomnia herself, she empathizes with others readily.

For me personally, I was able to see positive results after 10 days-2 weeks after gleaning the free information on her FB page. Equipped with tips and strategies to assist for life has given me the ability to sleep well greeting every day feeling well rested and ready to tackle daily challenges! I highly recommend Tracy and her work!

Fantastic person to work with

For years I've suffered with sleep problems which took a long time to develop and have finally come to a head, where I need to do something about it. I've spent a small fortune on otc sleep aid supplements and regular otc supplements which nothing really worked or worked long term. All my current personal doctor wants to do is prescribe Trazodone, Silenor, Doxepin, etc and other medication which can serious side effects. Not really knowing where to turn, I started researching options that are out there. I stumbled across Tracy's website and decided to give her a try. After 3 weeks of emailing, reading her material and a 1 1/2 hour zoom meeting, things are already slowing getting better. I know this won't be an overnight fix. I've seen a quicker/better improvement with Tracy than all the other supplements and things that I have tried in the past. She is very easy to talk to and very helpful. I wish I would have found her years ago, I would be money ahead and would be sleeping better.

Tracy gives life changing advice.

Tracy is so supportive & approachable.Her information helped me recover from my Insomnia. Sharing her own experiences with Insomnia was a great encouragement. It gave me the hope I needed to recover too. Her sleep recovery course dealt with all the behavioural & cognitive reasons behind the struggle. I realised we never lose the ability to sleep. Tracy works with you teaching you cbti…

Tracy works with you teaching you cbti techniques. I wasn’t a long time suffering with insomnia but I was suffering intensely when I asked Tracy if she would work with me. I had researched cbti and decided it was the way forward for me, I didn’t want to be dependent on any medication. The one on one with Tracy combined with all the efforts I did at home myself minimised my insomnia symptoms. I have slept every night for a over a month now and even when I have a bad night I understand and know how to flow with it and Tracy will teach you this very thing and more. Tracy being a sufferer herself will allow you to be able to relate and feel understood.
