Om die reden konden we je track niet pitchen in ons netwerk en je in de juiste playlists plaatsen. We hebben daarom direct en netjes het volledige bedrag aan je teruggestort.

Regarding your concerns: our playlisting is 100% organic. We never use bots or fake streams. Your track was placed in a real, active playlist that matches your genre and audience — we always focus on relevance and engagement. If you have any concerns about specific playlists or data, we’d be happy to take a closer look with you.

Hi Perry,

Dank voor je feedback, al vinden we het jammer om te zien dat je onze service zo ervaart.

Voor de volledigheid: beide tracks zijn via onze gebruikelijke werkwijze gepitched naar ons netwerk van curatoren. Voor POPopportunity – Desire hebben we drie plaatsingen gerealiseerd, waarvan er inmiddels ruim 5500 streams zijn gegenereerd — en de promotie loopt nog steeds. Voor You Think? is de promotie helaas minder succesvol geweest. Ondanks onze inzet ontvingen we veel afwijzingen van curatoren, en slechts één plaatsing kwam daaruit voort. Dit kan gebeuren: we werken namelijk met echte mensen, niet met bots of garanties.

Zoals ook vermeld op onze website en in onze communicatie, kunnen we plaatsingen nooit garanderen, juist omdat we alleen met échte curatoren werken en focussen op relevantie en kwaliteit. Het pitchen van tracks kost tijd, en het succes verschilt per release.

Daarnaast heeft onze campaign manager Djowey een call met je ingepland waarin hij uitgebreid heeft toegelicht hoe het proces werkt en wat je kon verwachten van onze service. We proberen hierin altijd transparant te zijn, zowel op onze website als in persoonlijk contact.

We zullen je deze week persoonlijk benaderen over de campagne van You Think?, aangezien we hier helaas niet het resultaat voor kunnen behalen dat we voor ogen hadden. We zoeken graag samen naar een passende oplossing, zoals we dat ook bij andere artiesten doen wanneer iets niet loopt zoals gehoopt.

Je gaf in je mail aan dat een andere tool je in 384 playlists kon krijgen. Vanuit onze ervaring is dat simpelweg niet realistisch, en juist het soort aanbod waar artiesten voor moeten waken. Kwantiteit zonder kwaliteit leidt vaak tot lege playlists, bots en schimmige netwerken – iets waar wij ons bewust van distantiëren.

Tot slot willen we je vragen om je review op TrustPilot te heroverwegen. Je bericht geeft in onze ogen een verkeerd beeld van onze aanpak en betrokkenheid. Zeker nu we nog geen kans hebben gehad om dit op een goede manier met je op te lossen.

Thanks for your feedback, although we're sorry to see that this is how you've experienced our service.

For clarity: both tracks were pitched through our usual process to our network of curators. For POPopportunity – Desire, we secured three playlist placements, which have already generated over 5,500 streams — and the campaign is still ongoing. For You Think?, the results were unfortunately less successful. Despite our efforts, we received many rejections from curators, and only one placement came through. This can happen, as we work with real people — not bots or guaranteed placements.

As clearly stated on our website and in our communication, we never guarantee placements, precisely because we only work with real curators and focus on quality and relevance. Pitching tracks takes time, and success varies per release.

In addition, our campaign manager Djowey scheduled a call with you, during which he thoroughly explained how our process works and what you could expect from our service. We aim to be as transparent as possible, both through our website and in direct communication.

We will personally reach out to you this week regarding the You Think? campaign, as unfortunately, we were not able to achieve the results we had hoped for. As with other artists, we are happy to work together on a fitting solution when things don't go as expected.

You also mentioned in your email that another tool could get you into 384 playlists. From our experience, that is simply not realistic — and exactly the kind of offer artists should be cautious of. Quantity without quality often leads to empty playlists, bots, and shady networks — something we actively distance ourselves from.

Lastly, we’d like to kindly ask you to reconsider your review on TrustPilot. In our view, your message paints an inaccurate picture of our approach and dedication, especially since we haven’t yet had the chance to properly address this situation with you.

Thanks for your feedback! We’re glad to hear that your refund was processed smoothly.

Regarding your comment on playlist pitching, our approach is always to match tracks with the most suitable curators in our network. While many playlists focus on mood-based music like lounge and chill tracks, we also work with vocal-driven and more original music. However, it’s true that highly unique or genre-blending songs can sometimes be more challenging to place, as they don’t always fit into pre-existing playlist formats.

Our goal is always to provide the best possible results for artists, and if we feel a track isn’t a strong fit for our network, we prefer to be transparent about it rather than overpromise. We appreciate your understanding and wish you all the best with your music journey!
