Fantastic experience with Tracks Safaris
We booked our honeymoon through Track’s Safaris and it was a fantastic experience all around. Sue made the process easy and straightforward and designed an awesome itinerary and also accommodated specific requests and changes to itineraries that we were looking for to design something specific for us
We were visiting Sri Lanka in one of the monsoon seasons and read a lot of reviews about the potential for rain but Sue was able to lean on local contacts to design a trip around the country to avoid the areas which were wet at the time of year and as a result we ended up with great weather throughout and a chance to have hotel’s often to ourselves or otherwise lovely and quiet and relaxed
We loved all the eco-tourism elements and really feeling like we were supporting local businesses rather than big corporations and also that the trip was smooth as anything with the driver’s on the ground organising everything and keeping us well informed. When our car broke down post transfer a new car and driver were organised same day and we were back on schedule before the next scheduled transfer
Would certainly use Tracks Safaris again and recommend to anyone looking for a more personal touch

Amazing experience and life long memories made
From start to finish the service was amazing and seamless. We were well informed and supported all the way through from our initial inquiry, changes and questions, right the way to our trip, collections, documentation and return. Personal service & outstanding wildlife
We have just returned from our fourth holiday put together by Sue at Tracks Safaris. Due to the success of the previous three we did not consider going elsewhere for our arrangements this time. We get a really personal service tailored to our interests and requirements from an expert who takes the time to understand what we would like to see and do.
Our trip far exceeded any expectations we might have started with. Our wildlife encounters were outstanding with numerous tigers, leopards, sloth bears, gharials and amazing birds. The naturalists at the lodges were the best and their expertise made such a difference to the quality of the sightings and our experience overall. Additionally all the food and accommodation were lovely and all our transfers ran like clockwork. All in all a fabulous trip and we cannot recommend Tracks Safaris highly enough.

Trackssafaris listened to us when we explained what we wanted from our holiday. They delivered the holiday package to suit us. Just before we left to start the holiday something happened that Trackssafaris had nothing to do with. However they sorted the confusion out and we were able to have the exact holiday we wanted. A safari to remember and repeat with Tracks Safaris
The company has a real personal touch. Sue is very knowledgeable and tailors the trip to your desires and budget. She is professional and very patient! I asked many questions.
The company thinks about everything for you; ensuring you stay in good places, that vehicles are comfortable and suitable for the terrain. The itinerary was well thought out so we visited several places to ensure variety. Our guide was brilliant and took good care of us.
We had a wonderful time on our Kenyan safari. We saw every animal possible and had a trip we will always remember! There were so many outstanding moments - walking with zebras and giraffes and even being caught up in a Kenyan traffic jam because of the president! This all added and made our trip to Kenya more authentic and unique.
I highly recommend the company and going on safari. So much that we plan on going again, as there is so much to see and experience.

Wonderful Tanzania
Brilliant seamless experience with Sue at Tracks Safari. The Safari was incredible and the folks at her partner team on the ground, Ranger Safari were wonderful. We did some extra add ons like a trip to Zanzibar and Mafia Island and the transit and pick-up between places was all arranged and left us comfortable with the whole experience. Still buzzing after it all. Can highly recommend using Tracks to give you the experience you want.

Gorilla and chimp trekking safari by Trackssafaris
We have just come back from a tailormade holiday put together for us by Trackssafaris. We wanted a wildlife experience tracking gorilla and chimp but also taking in other wildlife and birds. The itinerary had to change due to Foreign Office advice against areas in Uganda. Sue (at Trackssafaris) was able to make changes without causing any problems and it did not affect our holiday. We can recommend the company without any qualms at all. Professional, friendly and always available. Thank you.

Personal touch and attention to detail
When we decided that we wanted to celebrate our golden wedding anniversary on safari in Tanzania we automatically turned to Sue at Tracks as we had used her before. Highly recommend
Extremely helpful & knowledgeable during the planning stage and also when we had to change our itinerary at short notice (whilst travelling to our destination) due to a change in foreign office travel advice. All accommodation and guides were excellent and nothing was too much trouble for them. All land and air transfers between game parks were seamless. Sue and her team in Tanzania managed to…
Sue and her team in Tanzania managed to help us at incredibly short notice when we were let down with our original safari company who we had booked with in 2020. I explained that we were due to arrive in 24 hours and was there anything she could do to help. Within an hour (and working with a 3 hour time difference) she had made an itinerary with availability to suit our needs and budget!!
Unfortunately; due to family circumstances alongside this we decided we could not proceed to leave, but her service to that point surprised us both in its efficiency!
We hope to use Tracks Safaris in future when we can and would recommend reaching out to Sue for anyone interested in a tailored African safari.

The Kafue National Park is indeed off the beaten track and little visited compared with other parks in Africa - but it has some amazing little camps and lodges and the wildlife viewing is especially special when you have few vehicles to share it with!

If you want a personal experience on…
If you want a personal experience on your safari Sue Preater provides just that. Unable to take part in the two small group safaris (Kenya and Tanzania) I was originally interested in (due to availability) a few bespoke days were arranged before I joined the Classic Kenya safari with Pollman Safaris. 24 hours in Nairobi (visiting the giraffe breeding centre, the elephant museum and Karen Blixens house) gave me the best introduction to Kenya. I then took a flight down to the Mara for a 3 night stay in Porini Mara camp, a private conservancy, which was amazing. Quiet and close to the animals in an open sided jeep with very informative driver and spotter plus incredible freshly cooked food and very comfortable accommodation at the camp.
