This company is a total scam
This company is a total scam. I purchased a special collector’s Hulk figure for a significant amount of money, only to start receiving random emails with links to fake tracking sites. After raising my concerns and reading the Trustpilot reviews, I realised this was all part of their scam. I've reached out to request a refund, but they are not honest at all and offer refunds in the form of vouchers. As if anyone would buy from them again. The response I got was unhelpful, and it's always just a first name with no last name, which is a huge red flag. Avoid this company at all costs!
Below was one of their responses.
"I would like to clarify that the offers like 10% and 15% I provided "if you still want to proceed with the order."
But if you still want to cancel the order, please let me know if "Full refund in the form of a voucher + 20% additional voucher on the total order value £235.6" is feasible for you.

If I could give minus stars I would. PLEASE AVOID this company. Items did not arrive. Promised refund twice, not received and when I involved my bank they said they could no longer issue a refund unless I told the bank to "drop" the case. Such scammers. Do not waste your money.

Lesson learnt - avoid
This company whilst not scamming are most definitely mis-informing customers about who and where they are & how quickly they can deliver. I was looking for an item for a Christmas present, not something that is easily available in the UK but I could see that you could buy it in the US. During my search Toyscentral UK came up and showed the item in stock. It showed that if ordered within a certain time it could be delivered before Christmas. The cost of the item was extortionate but I felt as it was in the UK it was worth paying the extra. Well, turns out they don't have the item in stock & order it from overseas to be delivered direct to customers - so just middlemen really- and not operating in the UK either. It took them 4 days to 'process' the order & then after a few emails said delivery could be anytime between 2-3 weeks. So missing Christmas and not within the timescale shown on the item. It has now arrived but late and at a high cost. Also their customer service treat you like an idiot & just refer you to 'Ts & Cs' rather than answering direct questions. Lesson learnt. Learn yours from me & avoid.

What a scam outfit , ordered
a jellycat for my granddaughter on the 14 December 24 , and paid £67 with express delivery, what a joke ! After several emails to them they finally replied on the 24/12/24 to say order has now been confirmed, then after I emailed them again , they said said they didn’t have my order but offered me , I can only describe as a fake version off one and a 25 percent off , they are a scam outfit , and I would not recommend this so called scam outfit to anyone!

Don’t.
I didn’t realize there were different countrys that this company exists, so I inadvertently left a review on the .ca one. However, I did check my tracking and it says Swindon, GB. So, in reading the other reviews here, I see I’m not alone. Same story, no refund when requested, package still not here, dec 24. I simply went on the website to order a toy that was sold out everywhere else, at almost quad the price I might add. I quickly requested a refund when I realized it was the wrong item after all. Well, I was offered a 10% refund. Huh?! I complained and then was offered a full refund. Ok cool. A day later I get an email notifying me of shipment. Gah! I might add that this was through several emails that usually took a day each. I’m tired of fussing about it at this point. If it arrives, if, great. I got a toy I don’t need. BE WARNED, stay clear of these guys. It’s not on the level.
There are so many red flags in retrospect, I should’ve known better. Lesson learned.

I bought what was listed as a MTG booster box containing 30 booster packets. Instead I received 1 booster packet. There was no responses to my email after a week so I had to call up, only to be hung up on multiple times. Finally got through to someone who couldnt even speak english and said I could return it but id have to pay the postage which is like £15 to the USA so it wasnt worth it. He then offered me 30% off on the phone which I wanted to take but it had to be done over email apparently so there is a paper trail, which he then said he cant do and can only offer me 15% and it was a voucher for the company to buy something else, like id want to buy from them again. I am extremely dissatified in what was meant to be a christmas gift. There is no way of speaking to the actual company just an outsourced indian call centre who have a combined number of 2 brain cells. My order number is UK-TC#P661017577.

Dodgy company
Dodgy company. Ordered a product which was already far more expensive than retail price but given it was sold out in other normal retailers, it seemed like a good option. Despite being shown a delivery date of 1-2 weeks, it did not arrive in that timeframe and having called them they advised me it would be at least another week - no explanation or apology offered. Worst of all, they clearly share their information with scammers as since ordering I have received multiple phishing emails attempting to get me to click on links to check the status of my order. If they have had a data breach, they are not complying with their GDPR requirements to notify customers, so my guess is they have sold the information intentionally (also a GDPR breach). Stay away from this company!

Not a UK based company, delivery takes several weeks. Missed Christmas delivery
The company claims to be UK based but items are shipped via America. And some of the confirmation emails are in Hong Kong currency?! I placed an order in early December, plenty of time before Christmas. I still haven’t received the items and the company has confirmed they will not arrive in time for Christmas. Very disappointing. A waste of time. This is not a UK company

The Miko 3 was received and I had regular update for the delivery but did not specify the date of expected arrival date. However, when I spoke with the customer services I was reassured that I will receive within 7 working days. I was generally happy with the experience as I got it for my Granddaughter before Christmas.

So far my experience has been rubbish I will update this until there is an outcome either way, but had I seen the reviews first I would never have ordered from here, so I spent £105 on 2 Douglas dogs for my daughter for her Xmas/birthday depending on the time it took, so more so her birthday, anyway ordered paid for it with my credit card and received an email saying they would contact me once shipped the next day same again and then the radio silence, I have now emailed twice and no reply it's been 5 days with not a word from them, or a tracking number or anything really, i will email again and if I receive no reply I will have my credit card taken back the money, so far this is a scam# UK-TC#P287772231

Company is not based in the UK!
Company gives the false impression that they are a UK company based in the UK. Items are actually shipped from the US, so avoid if you were hoping to receive anything in time for Christmas.

It’s Christmad
I was concerned after placing my order as it came in from USA which I wasn’t aware of upon ordering BUT no need to worry, the customer services where exceptionally helpful and my order has arrived in time for Christmas 😊 Wouldn’t hesitate to order again
Refused refunds for falsely advertised products
Ordered a Christmas present from the website and a week later was advised that the product was out of stock. I paid £136.35 for the original order and was offered a £27 alternative of a completely different toy. I responded to say that I wanted a refund since my original order was not available and the company have refused to issue a full refund of the toy that was falsely advertised, instead offering a voucher worth 35% of my order value. This is just theft. The refund policy on the website states that they'd offer full refunds however in this instance, they are simply refusing to do so.
I am horrified by the customer service and by the business practice. I'd advise anyone to stay very far away from this website, which is clearly falsely advertising products that they did not have in the first place and exploiting people.
Update 18/12/2024: whilst the company have responded to my review to advise that they are going to offer a 'corrective solution' they have still failed to refund my purchase, instead consistently offering alternative and poor suggestions to avoid repaying the money that they have taken under false pretenses. I have multiple emails confirming that I want to be refunded and many replies from toyscentral saying that my response is noted however no actual confirmation of a refund being processed. The company have also requested that I remove my review if they offer a refund, which is worrying when considering how many times they have done exactly this and tried to manipulate people to remove accurate reviews so that they can continue to scam people. Again, I would advise anyone to avoid purchasing from this website which clearly is not a legitimate business if they act in this format.
