Beautiful made puppet.

This company is not UK based, the goods are coming from China, the offices are in Hong Kong. They are not subject to data protection laws and I received two phishing emails, with my data stolen from them, which looked like genuine courier updates, but were scams. They did not care, nor address the data breach. They did not address the massively delayed delivery due to delivery from China. I would not have ordered had I known, for environmental reasons as much as anything else. They misrepresent themselves, leak your data, do not take security seriously and are not answerable or bound by any legislation that is useful or protective for consumers. Avoid them at any cost.

Great communication. Tracking number provided very quickly. Able to track the delivery all the way from America. Only UK seller who was able to offer this product. Fantastic service. I highly recommend this company.

Had issue with being sent the wrong item and trying to return it, but after some negotiations was actually quite generously compensated. Their customer service on the site leaves a lot to be desired, but whomever is handling their PR / Trustpilot reviews is considerably better and far more helpful. Had I been able to deal with them first and just return the item instead of being given the run-around, I would have had a better experience, probably would have attempted more orders from them.

Great product, and easy to navigate website. The item did take an extended period to arrive though and missed a birthday. This didn’t detract too much from the experience though as the team were communicative about delays and provided regular updates.

Unfortunately did not have what I ordered and paid for but offered me a few ways to make it right and eventually refunded me the full amount.

I was able to find items that were not available in other websites.

I had a few problems to start with but they were easily sorted it came well packaged and the tracking worked very well. I would buy from this company again

I have to say I was concerned after placing my order and then reading alot of the reviews.so I phoned after a few days,the call was answered and was told it would ship in a few days.a few days later I received a text with a tracking number to the courier and was able to track it to delivery.it turned up well packaged and is definitely the original I ordered.yes it took a couple of weeks to come but I have to say I’m happy with the service.
