The product arrived in the timeframe that was indicated at the time of purchase and my grandson has been absolutely thrilled with them. I would use this site again.
Great service, fast delivery of a product that isn’t available at mainstream NZ shops (inflatable toddler tent bed). Had looked to bring this in myself but I’m happy I went with toys central.

when I complained that my toy order had not been delivered on time, the management gave it top priority and it was delivered in a couple of days.

Full set of blind boxes ordered - 1 individual delivered.
I ordered a set of blind boxes, to receive 1 individual box. I contact them to return the item and get a refund as it is the incorrect item, to be told that I need to cover the return shipping + tracking to United States. Shipping to US from NZ costs small fortune, heaps more than the product itself. Yet they won't process the refund.
Why would I pay over $100 for an individual box that I can get from the original store for $25.
Tried calling the contact number provided on the emails, the contact number is registered to a different company and they staff have no idea what is happening.
Definitely a scam website.

Toys Central New Zealand are not a NZ company.
This company advertises Toy Central New Zealand which is false. When I did have a potential issue with the product, you get told you have to send it back to their address in South Plainfield in the United Staes. That the cost is my cost. I feel their needs to be more transparency where you are buying from, along with where the product is coming from. I made another purchase, I bought my son two car seats that I now know come from Germany, they were meant to turn up 5 days ago. That date was communicated from Toyscentral, When the day passed I communicated again. They now tell me they don't have a date the product will turn up, just a tracking reference. For me a lot more transparency would be great as its definitely not an NZ company. Updates on product arrival or adjustments I felt very poor. Given the value of the products I bought, I now feel safer buying else where.
