Seems very odd insuring a non Toyota or Lexus branded vehicle with Toyota Insurance but the price was very competitive I must say. Hopefully I won't need their services.

Probably a little more expensive than I thought but as I needed to insure the car within 2 days I had no other option to accept the quote but should have requested a quote earlier which would have almost certainly been cheaper .

Requested cancellation on the chat few…
Requested cancellation on the chat few week back but still shows renewal going to happen. I had to request on chat again to receive an email confirmation. If you don't allow renewal cancellation on the portal, please respect customer's time and send email confirmation of cancellation on the first agreement but had to be chased. I struggle for every minute of my time and then chasing cancellations. They should invest in application which has poor user experience.

Excellent member of staff
I contacted Toyota Motor Insurance today. One person was via chat and the other on the phone. The one on chat was very basic in his responses, hence I'm knocking a star off. In the end i called them up and got through to a lady called Eva. I know English isn't your first language yet you were so helpful; excellent customer service. I couldn't get on the Customer portal and you explained that you would reach out to IT and that if you were to make a change for me it would cost £25, whereas if i did it myself it would cost nothing. You said you would call me back and you did. I was so surprised and pleased at the same time. You told me everything was now fine and that i could go ahead and change my details. Seriously this made my day, I know how hard it can be to deal with customers on the phone yet Eva took everything in her stride and dealt with me in a professional manner. I hope next time i call in i get Eva or someone who has been trained to this standard.
