From start to finish tower leasing are one of the worst companies I have ever used when dealing with my business for a service. I needed a new cctv system for my club as it did not longer work correctly and with the nature of my business it is vital I have working CCTV on the premise. Before going ahead with the quote i made it very clear the urgency of making sure this was installed before my opening date, which Tower Leasing promised it would be no problem. Well this was not met and I had to chase on a daily basis with emails and phone calls which were not always followed up on. After spending thousands of pounds on my reopening after being closed for 16 months I was still with out cctv and Tower Leasing still showed no effort to help me get this completed as a matter of urgency. I finally completed on this proposal on my third week of reopening my business. On what was a very stressful time of reopening tower leasing by far added huge amounts of stress and worry to myself as, their service and lack of effort were putting my business in jeopardy for my first three weeks of re opening. I followed up with a complaint as to how I was treated and the service I was provided, to which they feel they were satisfied with how they dealt with my sale. Even their own sales assistant who I was dealing with admitted they were embarrassed with how they had dealt with my case from start to finish. I strongly recommend that if you have a business you steer clear of any dealings with this company. They put my business in jeopardy for nearly 3 weeks which added huge amounts of stress to myself. As well as having the stress to get my business back up and running after being closed for 16 months due to the pandemic, having to chase this company on a daily basis I urge you to find another company who will do what they promise and deliver on their word.

You don’t get told is that at the end, your payments continue to be taken unless you give 90 days notice of termination... so we overpaid in total £2800....

This company is an absolute disgrace. Have nothing to do with them if you can. We had a 39 month lease. What you don’t get told is that at the end, your payments continue to be taken unless you give 90 days notice of termination. So in practice the company gets 4 extra payments from every customer. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

This is the worst finance company we have ever had the misfortune to deal with!! If I could give them no stars, then I would!!
They seem to feel its perfectly ok to hide behind the small print in their documents and do not feel that they have an ethical duty of care to their customers!
We took out a 2 year contract for some equipment we needed for our business and all the other finance companies we have ever taken out finance with, have always written to us at least 30 days before the end of the contract to ask if we want to continue with the secondary rental period or end the contract, but Tower Leasing DO NOT DO THIS! As a result, we inadvertantly carried on making the monthly payments. Following an audit of our accounts, our accountant picked up on this so I contacted Tower Leasing to see about getting a refund of the overpayment and they have said that it's basically hard luck and that we should have read the terms and conditions!
I agree that you should read the terms and conditions of a contract before signing but the finance company has a duty of care as well to point out the main points of their terms that their customers should be aware of before they sign - it's called dealing with your customers ethically and being upfront and honest! It feels like they don't do this hoping that their customers don't contact them and then they can then get away with carrying on taking money for nothing! Who know how many other people have been caught out - I'm sure we're not the first!
If anyone out there has recently signed a contract with them, we would strongly recommend that you take the time to read the terms and conditions very very closely to make sure you are not going to get caught out by anything!! If you are considering signing a contract with them, then tread carefully because you can't rely on their sales people to tell you everything you need to be aware of!!
We are definitely never going to deal with them again as they clearly don't care about their customers!!

These people are priceless!! They responded to our review by asking us to contact them to discuss further but when I did, they said that they had already given us their decision which is final. Vanessa said that they always respond to poor reviews by asking you to contact them but what is the point if you are not interested in resolving anything!! DON'T DEAL WITH THEM - they are not honest and upfront with their dealings with their customers!

Tower Leasing is an exceptional broker to use for your funding needs.

The personnel we came in contact with were very professional, well articulated and made everything easy, throughout the whole process.

We had hiccups through the process due to our service industry. However, tower leasing made everything seem easy and had it all under control. They have numerous and various options to work through, so even when all seems lost, they always present another way/option.

We were able to achieve our desired outcome eventually with the help of Tower Leasing and we are very pleased.

I would not recommend another broker/lender more, the best of the best.

Great customer experience, Fantastic friendly people and very knowledgeable in the financial lending market.

I had to use this company for a Till equipment.
The fist person I spoke to, after sending him all the paperwork, was asking me to send it again because they couldn't find them. When I asked him to call me on the following Monday to confirm that everything was fine, he replied to me that he would have been on holiday and he couldn't care less about it.
I had to send over and over the documents because they lost them.
Every time there is something missing or wrong. After 2 months, A LOT of waste time (and money for stamps), still on hold.
IF YOU CAN, run away from them.
IF YOU HAVE TO WORK WITH THEM, try to get ALL the info you need, and make sure it's all, otherwise they'll make you waste a lot of time.

I have used the services of quite a few finance companies over the last thirty one years. The beauty of dealing with Tower Leasing is nothing is too much trouble, they are always willing to help. Their services and customer support is second to nobody.

I needed a company to broker a deal for 12 camera's to be installed in my vans, Rishi came back to me with a great deal that put others in the shade, Rishi was involved from start to finish, the service and support was fantastic I then went back to Rishi and asked him to to broker another deal for 5 more camera's to be installed and again Rishi delivered on time and within my budget.
