Following a review of our leasing business late last year, our new Business Manager Ben King said that he could offer us the tools to make offering lease business to our customers much simpler and more competitive. You’ve no idea how bad this company is from once they have you signed to the ongoing additional charges they try to charge.
It goes downhill from year 1+. They use every legal trick in the book to take your hard end cash.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
I strongly suggest you take a step back and use a company who have a 5 ⭐️ feedback rating.
Their POOR feedback says it all and should be a warning to genuine Uk customers

Absolutely disgraceful company
Absolutely disgraceful company, charging £156 a month for 4 phones & some “phone agreement” and initial training on a 6 year contract for rental, so will never own these phones! Have said I cannot cancel the contract.
The fact that our broadband provider Focus has supplied the goods makes this even worse!
Investec are collecting the money so there are 3 “Opposite versions of Musketeers” in this disgraceful practice.
Tower Leasing have also threatened to get in debt collectors if we try to not pay anymore.
I have not even said I would think of doing this!!
We could have bought 7 top notch iPhones outright at the start of this and still of had change.
Avoid Tower Leasing like the plague!

Tower Leasing acts as a broker, facilitating finance agreements between our customers and funding partners. We are not involved in the sales process or negotiations regarding the equipment or services provided by suppliers.
The terms of the lease agreement—including duration, monthly cost, and ownership status of the equipment—are clearly outlined in the documents signed at the point of agreement.
As is the case with many lease agreements, the full amount of funds is released to the supplier at the start of the agreement, and all instalments due over the term of the lease remain payable in full, as agreed in the signed contract.
We understand this may not be the outcome you had hoped for, but we have previously investigated your concerns and shared details with your supplier to enable them to respond via their own complaints process. Terrible Experience – Feels Like a Scam!
I keep receiving constant promotional emails from this company, pushing their services. But every time I try to respond or ask for more information, they completely ignore me. Recently, they sent me a suspicious-looking ID verification link, claiming I needed to verify my identity. This raised serious red flags — it felt like an attempt to capture my personal information while I was waiting for a reply
There’s no real communication, no transparency, and their approach feels shady at best. I strongly advise everyone to stay far away. This company does not seem trustworthy.

What a disgusting company
What a disgusting company. Stay away. We had an agreement with them for office phones and an agreement with them for the telephone managing programme for said phones.I Emailed them in july to cancel all services explained we had new phones and the old ones were no longer in use. They told me i had to give 90 days notice. Fine not great but we paid it. I then find out months later they cancelled the phone agreement and not the phone managing programme. Their explanation for this - because i had replied on an old email chain and it only listed the one agreement number in the subject line. So they expect me to pay and give another 90 days notice for a managing programme on phones that they knew we no longer had. Then they have the audacity to send a debt collector after us. DO NOT USE. The programme they sold us was not as sold and didn't work half the time. The Customer experience is appalling and i would suggest to any new customers - Go elsewhere.

To offer some clarity, it appears that two separate agreements were set up - one for your phone system (in September 2017) and another for the software/management programme (in November 2017).
As these are independent agreements, each with their own documentation and terms, our process requires that any request to terminate must clearly reference each specific agreement number. This is to ensure the correct agreements are actioned and we don’t terminate services that may still be in use. Unfortunately, as the cancellation request only referenced the phone system agreement, this was the only one we proceeded to terminate at the time.
Regarding the software, we also want to clarify that Tower Leasing is a finance provider rather than the supplier of the phones or software. This means we fund the equipment and software for businesses but do not sell, supply, or manage the products directly - which is why any issues with how the programme worked would need to be raised with the original supplier. That said, we are always here to help point customers in the right direction if they’re unsure of who to contact.

Tower leasing be very careful before signing or being linked to them
Tower Leasing who will put you through Acquis Insurance who also are also out to charge a fortune
example
3x items of office equipment value £250 value
Tower leasing want £50 per month leasing for 5 years = £3000
They try and force you underhandedly in the small print to Acquis Insurance to insure the 3x items of office equipment - yes the total value of equipment is £ 250.
Acquis Insurance try and charge you at £8 per month £96 per year to start with.........
by year 2 is £17 per month £204 per year and you can guess, it goes higher every year and they try and charge what they feel like.
Tip from me - stay away from both and don't get caught out !!!

As part of our service, we are asked to pay for equipment on behalf of businesses, like yours, and we want to make sure the equipment is insured, to protect against risks such as damage, theft, or loss.
To facilitate this, we partner with Acquis, a specialist insurance provider. Our customers are notified before the insurance policy is in place, including details of the quoted cost of the insurance and also how to opt out if they prefer to use their own insurance.
Additionally, no insurance payments are required for the first three months, allowing time for customers to provide their existing policy documents. Cover can be removed at any time during the agreement if sufficient insurance is in place. Once confirmed, we will issue a full refund for any insurance charges incurred in the past 200 days.
This information is outlined in the finance contract, Welcome Pack, and insurance quote letter provided to every customer.
I would also like to reassure you that we are committed to treating all customers fairly and transparently. For clarity, the monthly payments we offer are based on the invoice values provided by the supplier, along with a nominal interest rate to reflect the cost of lending. We would also like to highlight that our minimum agreement size is £1,000, so we wouldn’t typically be able to facilitate agreements for amounts as low as £250, and we have been unable to locate any record of a transaction for that value on our system.

Helpful team quick to act.
We had 16 vehicles coming to the end of their original agreement with the manufacturer with a final balloon payment on each which we could not have afforded. The team at Tower Leasing worked very quickly and had the whole agreement sorted and finalised within 3 weeks meaning we could pay the remaining balance to the new provider over the next 2 years.
