Absolutely appalling service! Our 4 column lifts have been out of service for 4 weeks now. Had to turn away multiple jobs as unable to accommodate without lifts. Constant lies about waiting for parts and constantly moving the repair date.
You don't spend £ 20+k on a set of lifts and have numerous problems like we have had. Will be selling them and purchasing a decent replacement that actually works! West Wilts Commercials Ltd

Terrible service all round. Continuous pushy calls to get the sale. Equipment arrived and sat in our warehouse for over a month before it was installed. Despite deposit and first monthly payment being paid. No follow up. No call from a manager as promised. All round absolutely terrible.

Bought a set of brand new brake rollers and a service plan at nearly 100 gbp a month. Date of next calibration keeps getting put back but no refund or compensation of any description. At over 1000 pounds per year they wouldn't even come fix a small issue involving some electrical sockets. Meanwhile blokes from the sale team keep ringing up to flog us some lifts. Very poor. Just treat you as a cash cow.

I participated in this course and test today. The information was good but the test questions were repetitive and the most annoying thing was you had to get 100% to pass. I got 16/17 like 6 times because I couldn’t work out which question I answered wrong.

Downfall was you had to answer all 17 questions again (100% needed to pass on the 3 tests) this was horrendously annoying.

The was a sheet to read through which contained 30 documents on safety, It took ages to move on from document to document it was so painful.

Video learning was ok. The course just dragging.

We have an excellent engineer supporting our equipment, he is a credit to your company. I would like to think his approach and knowledge is replicated across all of the engineers in the other areas of country. Should be held up as example to follow.
