Slight glitch but soon sorted. Great product, great price and delivered as promised. Would recommend this company

Delivered within the specified time. Driver helped unload. Can't fault what was supplied. Only reasons I didn't give five stars were short notice on being told when about to deliver and being told we were the next delivery is not that helpful when the delivery is still almost two and a half hours away.

Great to work with and fast

I strongly advise against using them.
They promise delivery but fail to meet the deadline. I had to reschedule the concrete and pump delivery, which cost me nearly £1,000. I made over a dozen phone calls, only to be met with nothing but lies and nonsense—claims like "definitely today," "in two hours," "tomorrow," etc…

Excellent service, full delivery of all items next day, highly recommend.

Will use again for sure

Comunicated very well, on the phone and email. Delivered when said.
Special shoutout to Gideon.. thank you for all your help

Excellent customer service and next day delivery as promised. Just wished I had more than 15 minutes notice before the goods were delivered.

I had an extremely disappointing experience ordering steel from this company.

My order was processed incorrectly, and instead of receiving the item I actually ordered, I was sent something I never ordered and had no use for. After numerous phone calls trying to resolve the issue, I was assured that the incorrect item would be swapped. However, when the delivery driver arrived, he claimed he had other deliveries to make and simply left without completing the exchange.

To make matters worse, I was promised a refund, but I still haven’t received it. I was told they couldn’t refund me until their supplier refunded them first, which is not my responsibility as a customer.

I’ve had to call around 10 times to chase this up, and the communication has been consistently poor. Overall, the customer service has been unprofessional, the order handling was completely incompetent, and the lack of follow-through has made this a very frustrating experience.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

It was 5star service from start to finish. Ordered 10am one day and delivery next day by 5pm. Could not ask more. Thank you .

Helpful driver

Absolutely 5* service

Arrived on time and good communication, excellent service

Easy to order and delivered next day promptly

Great company, I found everything I needed at the best price. I was also able to add another item I forgot to order without having to place a new order or pay for another delivery. The delivery guy was very nice too. Will certainly recommend and use again! Thanks guys!

They delivered. Simple is that. That is all I needed

Very pleased with Nextdaysteel, not only good prices but they were very flexible on delivery times and steel arrived in good condition. Would highly recommend this company

All was good.
The delivery guy was pretty helpful and contacted me 30mins before arriving which was nice

The delivery was on time as arranged and the driver was excellent, very helpful and friendly. They lose a star though because one of the mesh sheets was damaged and I will need to straighten it out and weld up one of the bars that has been ripped free of half of its welds.
