Disgusting warmed up chip which were dry and rubbery looked like day old and pizza awful don't eat from here

No prawns on our seafood pizza and when I took several pictures and called the store I was called a liar.
I have pictures on my phone.

WARNING !!!! never order from this place!!!! on friday the 19/01/2024 at 10:57 made a very large order from them waited nearly a all day sadly i called them 3/4 time they never responded to me all i got was the answer machine sadly ended up in hospital and luckly iask some one to check if they came and they never did just come out of hospital try to contact them again stil the answer machine stil no money back

My husband and I ordered from here Sunday night. Now I can't say 100% and I don't like to point the finger but all evidence points to this meal, this was the only meal we had in the time frame. I had a very uncomfortable sleep and in the morning I had symptoms of food poisiong it got alot worse throgh out the day and really bad and on my travel home. I had to stop my uber to be sick alot far from home. I had severe cramps nausea vomiting and many more symptoms then my husband started getting worse not as bad but very bad cramps. The pizza came real fast I felt abit worried at how quick it came tbh it didn't look or taste great but I was giving it the benefit of doubt.

It saddens me to leave this review about my local TopsPizza (Leatherhead) however it’s now the third time I’ve experienced issues with the food ordered. It’s always challenging to place an order online and I end up having to call the store. Because of this, twice I was unable to get the same deal as it shows online. The pizza used to be top quality but recently it’s been hit and miss with one pizza being cooked to perfection and the other having the wrong ingredients, and dripping in oil. I really don’t want to be overly critical as the staff, do try and resolve issues however receiving the order and then finding you’ve been given the wrong items is very frustrating. Especially when you order food with others and the everyone’s dinner gets spoiled. Last time, I ordered over the phone (as online ordering was impossible) and ten minutes after receiving a delivery with half the correct order, I got a knock on my door for an identical delivery (except it would have been the right half pizza). I was honest and explained I’d already got the delivery and was told I couldn’t take the correct food because of that!!! Confusing and off putting… ended up not eating the pizza. Shame, staff are generally polite and friendly but service is letting them down

My pizza wast cooked my chicken wings were still raw only thing cooked was the garlic bread although it was as stiff as a brick

The worst pizza I've ever had. It was inedible... so salty it made me feel sick .. couldn't eat it. I called to tell them ... they said they do not make them on site. They said they could do nothing about it. Do not buy one.

The pizza fromr Topps Pizza Ewell was not up to prevous standard. The Veggie Hot was not spicy at all. The garlic sauce was tasteless It didn't come hot and the toppings were burnt. was looking forward to this and ended up disappointed.

AWFUL!!!! Sheen Branch. 1.5 hours late. Rude staff. Half of order missing. NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered usual pizza and sides from Hillingdon branch and the delivery was short the side, I refused the order and phoned the branch I told them I refund and complained to their head office as this was the third incident of short order from this branch.

My mums local store (Philip lane) is the most awful pizza shop I have ever encountered in my life. They used to be reasonable but have been terrible for the past year or so. Not to mention the manager says they only take cash. Yet I’ve seen many people use their cards when paying for pizza/food. Without a doubt they don’t want to pay tax as they don’t like receipts either.
I called head office after 6 times of having the same experience of them saying they don’t accept cash, I spoke to the most rude individual, called milla, mill, something. They said there are so many other pizza places that you can call. And if I have a problem I just shouldn’t use them. obviously I will never order from pizza again. But I can’t understand how this business is still operating. And I will be taking this further. I work for the local council and business’s such as this should not be allowed to operate.

Ordered a pizza, it didn't come, no record on the system but my account has been debited - who do I complain to?

I had previously left positive review for their pizzas on TripAdvisor but it all changed tonight as we Had a terrible experience with the staff at the Hemel Hempstead branch this evening (14th April 2023) and we have been ordering from them a long time. I would give them 0 stars if I could. The pizza arrived after 1 hour and 20 minutes! Our Special pizza had no green peppers on it. I phoned the branch and told them but I could hear in the background the woman saying she 100% put green peppers on it!! Why would we lie about it given we have ordered from them before?? So I said give me your number and I will send you a photo of the pizza and so I did on WhatsApp which proved I was not lying. But even after this the man was so unhelpful. He said he would send us a replacement only if we don’t touch the current pizza meaning another 1.5 hours with 2 small kids already at 7.20pm. Seriously? What a complete joke. I said our kids have already taken a couple of slices as they were hungry he said then he can’t send us a replacement pizza. It was THEIR mistake and they took 1hr20 minutes to deliver - and he says I’m being unreasonable? Really? Never ordering from Topps Pizza again. Lots of other pizza places to go to instead.

Terrible Delivery Service and They've Stolen Money Off Me. They could not find my address, despite delivering multiple times in the past. Their driver kept insisting he was outside, when he wasn't so I called up to cancel the order. The driver asked me to come and find him and said he was by a bus stop. I have no idea where he was. On the 5th attempt he found the address and my partner took the pizzas. He then phoned us and asked us to return the pizzas, as I'd cancelled the order. He took the pizzas off my partner. I then phoned their Bristol branch only to be told that we'd taken the pizzas and must have returned them to someone other than the driver. As we have not received any pizza they have effectively stolen £26 approx off me!

The £4 small pizza and 2 garlic bread and a drink is the perfect meal and only good thing about tops pizza however the pizza and garlic bread is peng and its worth the money

We are regular customers of tops pizza. We’ve made an order today for a 3 large supersize pizzas. One of them was a hotdog pizza that we order every time. This time it arrived with the wrong sauce (the sauce is on the pizza and there’s a lot of it). Instead of mustard Mayo there was their burger sauce. Not a huge issue but annoying none the less. So we called tops pizza to inform then of this issue. The person on the phone was shouting through the whole time and was super rude. He would be shouting over me not even letting me finish my sentence. If he did not want to provide a partial refund then all he had to do was say that they are sorry for the mistake and they’ll try to make it does not happen again. Instead he was shouting through the phone not listening at all claiming that it’s our fault. Just very unnecessary. Really turned us off tops pizza.

Smashed pizzas, missing items and 1hr late!
I have been a customer for years and they often forget something but this time was just too much. I made a complaint and sent them pictures to prove it. The response was that I wouldn't get any refund since the store didn't make any mistake (?!?). So in a way they are thieves since I paid for several items I never got. AVOID!!!
