its now been 4 days and I still do not have my game keys delivered. The business model is intentionally misleading. The accounts I have added on my friends list are eligible to transfer the game but haven't. I am now worried my battle.net account will be flagged.

I can't say it was such a bad experience—I ordered the Bo7 game and that's exactly what I got. It did take a little longer than 72 hours, but it was still within the 72–96-hour timeframe they specify. As long as I received the game, everything is perfect.

One week since i ordered the diablo 4 expansion and nothing. 96h is not real. Im not going to say that its scam because i dont think it is, but come on i should have received the game more than two days ago. Finally got my copy of Black Ops 7 for…
Finally got my copy of Black Ops 7 for $26. Took more than 72 hours because the website doesn't tell you to accept their automated bot friend requests to get the gifts for Activision gifts from Battle.net. (I declined, so it took longer)
Response time within 24 hours is pretty meh, definitely needs to work on their support a bit. So if you prefer to wait and get your game, then this is an okay service.

Hello,
I was really happy when I saw what you advertised - so I went and bought my self B07 delivery said up to 72h but on website said instant. I wasn't to happy with that but I figured the price I paid makes up for it. the friend requests came straight way and I've added them as per the instructions. 5 requests to be exact.
more than 72h have passed and more than 24h have passed since i opened a ticket (#6PZQ) no game, no reply no nothing.

First off, you were completely right to be frustrated. You did everything perfectly by accepting those 5 friend requests right away, and we let you down by going silent on ticket #6PZQ.
We also want to own up to the mistake on the website. The "instant" tag was an error for this specific product and shouldn't have been there alongside the mandatory 72-hour Battle.net wait. We have already fixed that so it doesn't confuse anyone else.
The good news is that we have now caught up on our support queue, replied to your ticket, and successfully delivered your copy of BO7 directly to your account!

Battle net makes you wait 72 hours to receive a code which is annoying. Then i had to wait around 12 more before I got my code. But for £9 rather than spending £40 on a game its worth it

I wanted to save a few dollars, but it ended up being more trouble than it was worth.
The purchase itself was instant, but the wait time was an eternity. I didn't receive the key and contacting support turned into another exhausting wait. I spent days chasing enough money for a game that should have taken minutes to deliver.

Bought a battle net code for bo7, the site told it was less than 24h delivery. Currently more than 24h with any message or sign of nothing. Asked about any update in a ticket and didnt get any answer either. Not the best service I would say since I dont have my game
