Great cup, makes me look cool too.

I have 5 of these cups so spent well over £100 on them. It's hit and miss as to whether or not they leak. Pretty useless for the purpose, which was to ensure I don't have to clean a trail of coffee behind my daughter every day as she carries the cup out the front door. But, no - I had to do that yesterday and today, and on many other occasions. Also that's bad enough but the company's "couldn't-be-bothered/buy-an-extortionately-priced-replacement-lid" attitude is worse. NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE AND USELESS AFTERSALES ATTITUDE.

Update:

I tried to put this on the store but it doesn't work:

Thanks for your response. And, yes, I do understand you're a small family business and, understanding that is why I have given these cups many many chances. I will have to dig out previous response I referred to as it is some time ago. In terms of how you can make it right, I'd say it's one of two ways: Either you can explain any adjustments the user can make to rectify dripping lids or, in case you were aware of this issue in early prototypes and have since rectified it in newer versions, you can send me 5 replacement new lids. Just to be clear we are always very careful in installing the lids so as not to cross thread etc.
We wait for the liquid to drop in temperature before installing them.
Is there anything else?
Kind regards

Delighted with out TOPL cups branded with our logo. Great quality and service from the guys. Definitely ordering more I think.

Top quality product and great customer service. Will be buying more!

Great quality inivotive product for people on the move.
Quick turnaround and great customer service

I found the team very easy to deal with. Great communication, delivered on time and fantastic product of superior quality that was commented upon by those we gave cups to.

I first came across Topl at a coffee fair this year and I totally love their products! A sleek design and saves me from using disposable coffee cups, making it a sustainable option which I appreciate. The multiple size cups meant I could get the flat white size for me, and a latte size cup for my partner. Really recommend.

Topl is a game-changer! Its leak-proof and spill-proof design keeps my coffee secure, while its sustainability factor makes it a very eco-conscious choice. It nails both practicality and environmental responsibility. A must-have for every coffee or environment enthusiast!
Oh and it looks classy too :)

Not only is the cup great for drinks on the go, it's brilliant at keeping my coffee at home warmer for longer

These cups are so clever! I used to use a pretty standard one and my coffee would always spill/dribble which was a nightmare. It never spills anymore now I’ve got a topl cup!

Brilliant product & even better customer service.

Can’t recommend this product enough - it’s a game changer for how I experience my daily coffee on-the-go to work.

Love the features, particularly the 360 lid which is ideal for smelling the aromas of the coffee, it really does make a massive difference compared to my old cups with the small drinking window in the lid.

I purchased a Flow360 12oz cup in coral with the monogramming service as a gift.

- Beautiful design - especially with the monogram, colour pops! :)
- Finish - feels high quality in the hand
- Fast delivery - arrived within two days

Highly recommended - thank you.

I enquired about an order of branded cups for my coffee shop and was pleasantly surprised at the price quoted. I confirmed the order was given and estimated turn around time and the entire order arrived a week early. They made a small mistake on 2 cups I wanted further customisation on and they sent 2 replacements very quickly. The communication with the company was really good and I received quick replies on queries.
The cups are great too. I use mine daily.

Great product, very easy company to deal with and arrived a lot sooner than expected.
So far the customers are loving the cups.

I am very unhappy with my order, the cup lid doesn't work any more and I am very disappointed, it doesn't open so hence the cup is not useful anymore! I was really hopping to use this for a long time!

Purchased 2 mugs started using them and they were great. One Lid kept popping closed as you dream from it splashing got liquid on the face approx 6 months later. I purchased another lid to replace the faulty one as i played with it and broke it more. The new lid arrived and it wouldn't click open. No matter how I screwed it on.
I have tried to contact the company through the website and multiple emails with no reply.
If it works it's great. Company has no customer service or after care. Unfortunate as it's not hard to answer an email or 5.

Delighted with our coffee cups at the office to help save on single cup use whilst most important keeping our coffee warm longer!! Pleasure to deal with Lois and team

We got some branded cups for our office and really love them! The cups themselves are of great quality, feel super nice to touch and look very sleek with our logo engraved.

Lois was great and provided an excellent customer service.
