I ordered 4 cups from the website. I never stated that I would be forced to pay another 54 euros to actually receive the items. I now understand that it has to be imported into the EU. But this should not be my problem and Topl should make customers aware about costs.

I had the cup barely a month and the lid broke. The cup hadn't been dropped, was hand washed, gently taken apart and put back together. I sent an email as directed on their website for a replacement or refund and didn't receive a response back. I received an email to rate the product which I gave an honest review of the broken product and then I received an email saying a reply was added to the review I gave but I wasn't able to find this reply and it also said I could reply to this email which is the same email I originally used. I have yet to get a response back. Do not buy this product!

I have to be honest—my experience with this cup has been extremely disappointing.
I genuinely can’t believe this design was finalized without considering the day-to-day user experience. The concept is fantastic, but the execution is incredibly frustrating. Even after watching the YouTube tutorials, taking this cup apart to clean it is a nightmare. Having to disassemble three separate pieces every time is unnecessarily complicated, and separating them often requires more force than it should. A travel mug should be simple and convenient, not something that feels like a puzzle.
After struggling with it, I ended up purchasing a Yeti instead. It has only two parts, comes apart easily, and is far more practical for everyday use.
I also wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. It seems many other customers have had similar concerns, which tells me this isn’t an isolated experience.
One additional concern is safety. I had hot coffee in the cup while walking, and as I twisted the lid to take a sip, I heard the rubber seal “pop.” Hot coffee immediately spilled all over me. Thankfully, I wasn’t seriously burned, but that could easily happen to someone else. That design issue has the potential to cause an injury.
I truly believe you have a great idea, but the product needs a significant redesign. I hope you’ll take customer feedback seriously and simplify the lid while addressing the safety concerns. I wanted to love this cup, but unfortunately, it has been one of the most frustrating travel mugs I’ve ever owned.

The overall design and concept is great! However to remove the lid is often wrist breaking. I purchased 3 (one each size) and all lids have the same issue. So it is a design flaw. It isn’t just me, I ask my son to remove the lid when he came over and he had the same issue. I really wish this wasn’t so, because I love the cups otherwise.

I bought a cup through the Today show so I can’t return it and I would if I could, the top doesn’t fit correctly and the cup leaks. Don’t waste your money on this company.

Purchased as a gift for a friend and the customer service team was amazing. Incredibly friendly and helpful via email, despite my challenging request for personalisation and delivery in just a few days. It was very much appreciated - the personalised cup was shipped the next day and looked great when it arrived, thank you!

The cup looks great and starts out really well. However overtime the lids go glitchy and often won't. When they do open the cnap shut suddenly when I am drinking . I have had several bad experiences with hot coffee splashing onto my lips. The shop where i bought the mug have repalced the lids twice. Today I got another scalded lip. I won't be bothering to get a new lid. I will buy a new mug with a basic lid. It's a pity because they look lovely and do keep my coffee hot but not worth the risk of another scald

A fantastic Customer Services specialist contacted me to offer a full refund. they suspect this might be a one off issue, but refunded anyway... Excellent Service.

After hours of searching for something decent, I bought 2 Stroll and 4 Spill Safe cups, at nearly £200, and was sure I’d found the king of mugs!

The build, look and quality of the materials used is outstanding, however when I received them, I discovered that the design of the lid mechanism is seriously flawed.

You screw the lid on by turning it in a clockwise direction, then to activate the opening mechanism, you have to turn the lid anti-clockwise by a quarter turn.

However, when I did this with ALL the cups I purchased, the lid started to unscrew and come off BEFORE the drinking mechanism was opened.

I emailed Customer Services, who were very helpful and said you need to screw them on tightly, which we did, but no matter what we did, the result was the same.

I did get a full refund, but hope they sort the design out soon, as the mugs are great in every other way!

Great cup, love the 360º lid. I use mine in the house, to keep my coffee at the perfect temp until I'm ready to drink it!

I received a Topl cup as a gift and absolutely love it! I've been using it ever since not only for takeaways but also at home with hot drinks. Easy mechanism that does the job it supposed to.

I'm a BIG fan of TOPL Cups. I bought one for myself, loved it so much, I had to get one for my husband. We both love drinking on the go, and the TOPL cups are the best for doing just that. It keeps my coffee HOT for ages (and I'm a slow drinker), and I love the design.

Christmas is fast approaching and I already know that some people are getting a TOPL cup in their stocking this year.

Best reusable cup I've bought! Good quality product which keeps drinks nice and hot, and doesn't spill if I accidentally knock it over when working at my desk.

Really liked my topl cup, it's sleek and keeps my hot drinks warm! I like how the lid design is different to the other coffee cups out there, very easy to drink from. The engraving customisation is a nice touch too. Would recommend!
