I received my two drones in about two weeks. Instructions are very hard to read/understand. Drones are more like play toys. Not stable at all. The first drone took off on its own over the river in the back of our house, never to be seen again. It appears the drone and the controller aren't synced very well with each other. Do not buy this Drone. Pay a little more and get a better drone.

Its a scam company, I never got the item and was sent invalid tracking number soon after order. They claim it was delivered seversl weeks ago, but USPS does not recognize the tracking number. I had to contact bank to try get refund.

Total scam company. Sent me the fake tracking number like others have stated. Sent me a form email when I asked for a tracking number. I will dispute the charged with my credit card company and will complain to You Tube as they are advertising on their platform.

This appears to be a scam company. Ordered two drones plus an extra battery. Shortly thereafter received a notice with tracking number. USPS had no record of the tracking number. Sent an email reply to the notice of the tracking number - they sent a reply stating they had 'proof' it was being shipped and included a supposed tracking document from 17track. USPS still had no record of it. Finally told them I was disputing the charges, they responded with another fake tracking report showing it had been delivered to my mailbox. USPS does not deliver packages to my mailbox, I am a rural customer and they always put packages on my porch which is well away from the mailbox. This is a scam company, best I can tell.

Instructions that came with the drone were an awful translation to English. The app for the iPhone caused the display to cycle between landscape and portrait views--had to shut the phone off. Customer service replied once after multiple emails but then failed to come through with return instructions. Multiple phone calls and VMs went unanswered.

Please read all the other reviews and stay away from this fraudulent business. I placed an order for a drone and was offered numerous add ons before I could purchase. Shortly afterward I sent an email with a FAKE tracking number. It is really difficult to get a hold of anyone as they do not return phone calls or emails. When you call the automated message says that due to holidays that are longer than normal wait times, then that your wait time is 4 minutes (always the exact same). Then after waiting for almost 10 minutes you are sent to an answering machine to leave a message. I was finally able to get a hold of someone and let her know that I was sent a fake tracking number and she gave me excuses about the automated tracking numbers being sent by the system, but to rest assured my item was shipped 5 days ago. I asked for the real tracking number and typed it into USPS tracking as she gave it to me.. guess what! Another invalid number and she said it hasn't been scanned yet. Really? After 5 days it hasn't been scanned? I let her know I filed a dispute with PayPal and I demand a refund. She said 3 other customers called today thinking they had fake tracking numbers, but to rest assured it was shipped. I again let her know than unless I can get an actual tracking number that shows history and shows progress to being shipped to me, I DEMAND A REFUND. She let me know she would have to inquire and get back to me. I told her I would wait on the phone. I was left on hold for another 10 minutes, then she came back and let me know she would issue the refund. If it wasn't for Paypal, I don't think I would have ever gotten my refund. STAY AWAY!!! They will take your money and never ship out any drones.

On January 2. I ordered 2 drones for $138. Two days later I got a Chinese tracking number back. On January 16, I got a USPS tracking number. On January 18th both drones were delivered. My 12 year old grand daughter has had a blast playing with them.

SCAM! CHARGED ME TO 2. Sent fake tracking and won't return emails or calls. Bank refunded me!

Wish I had come here first. They send a fake shipping number, don’t answer voice messages nor respond to emails. No one ever is “available” to answer calls.

DO NOT USE LET THEM STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!

I should have come here first. Same experience. Sent a bad tracking number. No email replies. No phone call returned. Total scam. No communication. No product. Horrible experience. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

It is a toy, not what i was expecting. should have known better.

Wish I'd checked them out before ordering. It's a complete scam. They take your money, send you a bogus USPS tracking number and then do not answer calls or emails. I would give them zero stars if I could. Stay away!!! Thankfully, I was able to get my money back by filing a dispute with my CCD

I should have read the reviews! They send a bogus tracking number, no one answers when you call. I just disputed with my CC company and was immediately reimbursed.

I purchased a drone on December 3. Could not get any USPS tracking number until day of delivery (December 13). Attempted to initiate return on 12/25. After six emails and one phone call I have had no response to get necessary information for a return (address and RMA#). Since the 30 day return window is about to close I finally contacted my credit card company and they are reversing the charge. I am still trying to return the product as of today (January 8).
Worst customer service possible. (1/22 update). I finally got an email from customer service on 1/12 offering me 50% off if I wanted to keep it. I declined and they gave me the necessary info to return it. My loss was the shipping costs both ways as they don't refund for shipping. My original statement stands; I would NEVER do business with them again.

Bad me....I didn't read these reviews before buying 2 drones. The tracking number was not USPS, but it ended up being legitimate for a Chinese shipping business and the drones arrived in about 2 weeks from China. The drones are very unstable and will not hold a hover. The camera is definitely not up to what was promised. There was no answer on their phone lines for 2 weeks before Christmas and 1 week after. 20 calls and messages left.
There is no way to initiate a return since they have not answered either my emails or phone messages. I see an empty warehouse on Google maps at the address where the distribution center was supposed to be.

Absolute FRAUDULENT company!
Placed my order on December 16th for the stealth bird 4K drone. I have yet to get a tracking number. On the automated transaction email, it shows blackbird 4K, which is a totally different drone. Called customer service and have not been able to get through or received a callback. Have sent multiple emails only to get automated responses. Still have not received a product or any information on whether I will be receiving a product. Save yourself a lot of stress and trouble, and DO NOT attempt to PURCHASE through them.

They only get one star because I couldn’t give them a 1/2. P.o.s. Company. I learned of this site through you tube

My 1 star review is the same as all of the other 1 star reviews. I purchased a drone on 12/15/24. The drone was delivered but after trying to return it, every time I call the number it says, "All representatives are busy" or you are on hold for a long time when they say your wait time is 2 minutes. They also require you to call or email that you are trying to return. Should have done more research. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

This company becomes incognito when you need to have question answered or need to return the drone . I’ve made repeated calls and followed up with letters. The only reply I’ve gotten is an automated reply stating they are busy. This not a reputable company, presenting itself as USA based; it is not! I expect it is based in China, which complicates everything!

Top Drones Cams is a FRAUD. Do not buy anything from this company!!! They will charge you and not send a drone!
