I bought 500l of Kerosen for house hitting on thursday night. At the time, when closing the buy, it had a message saying that I could chose the delivery on the next page. When on the next page, there was only a message: The delivery will be schedule to the next available slot. Nothing more, no options, nor when is the next schedule possible. Today, as I got nothing from the site, I called three times just to get a very rude costumer suport that would be delivered next Wdnesday. Six deays after the buy. I can't cancel because it will take five days to get the money back, and I am out ok Kerosene today. I will be spending the weekend with no heating because this shady company. Never again!

Rang on Monday told Sheila my tank was almost empty and that Amber oil let me down putting off deliveries after ordering and paid for a fill on Dec 12th. Top oil were with me on the following Friday. Fantastic service and great customer care even when I originally ordered from another company. I'll be staying with them. Top oil....Top service 👏

I ordered my Kerosene on 01/09/25, and it was meant to be delivered last Friday. As nobody turned up I called Kildare office branch and was told that there are no drivers, they are short on staff and some on annual leave. I told the lady that we have a newborn baby and no heat but she said there was nothing she could do. She told me it will be delivered today. I called today and the same lady told me the driver had to go home due to personal reasons and that it will be delivered tomorrow and there's nothing she can do. This really is very unprofessional and we are left home with a newborn baby with no oil. Customer service is terrible, no compassion or care towards customers, and it takes over a week to get the delivery.

What is with the double charging on their self service fuel depots. As far as I'm concerned its theft. They deduct a pre-authorisation amount and also deduct the actual fuel dispensed amount.

Power returned to the village at about 7pm today Sunday No generator so no fuel since Friday.Nothing the garage could do about that !! Went down at 20.50 to get some diesel to get to work in the morning to be told they close their tills at 08.55.Refused point blank to sell.me enough fuel to get to Galway 17 miles away.

Good business would have extended their opening hours for tonight to say midnight to allow people buy badly needed fuel.

As an.importtant community based business this is not right.You should be ashamed.

I ran out of oil when the temperature plummeted to 2deg. I placed the order with TopOil and the websiite predicted delivery in 6 days. I phoned them and told them of my predicament. They pulled out all the stops and delivered the oil within 4 hours. Well done, TopOil!

Went to get fuel at top oil station (silverstream Omeath). They have a machine that charges in Sterling, even though they are in the south. I picked 20£ and it charged me 23.86, but pump only registered 23.40. I was charged significantly more per litre than posted on their prices at the pump.

Most of the staff are helfull and looking for your needs but there is this one young lad that acts like he’s the smartest in the room but gives no effort at all towards the costumer …when ever I go there and he serves me it’s a night mare

Our oil supposed to come on Monday, the 11th of December. Every day since we are calling them and they say "it should come tomorrow". Now its Thursday, the 14th and still no oil in sight. Called them again, they said by Friday meaning tomorrow. I doubt it will be here.

We are freezing with our newborn. And on Saturday we have visitors for 10 days.

They dont seem to care, only continue to lie. Absolutely appaling.

Horrible service. Horrible customer service also.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Pay 50 euros more and go with Corrib Oil, at least they come whenever they say they will.

Former Employee. The company Cares only about profit margins. I would not recommend anyone working for this company.

Terrible customer service. We have been with them for years. Asked for a top-up of €200 ...refused until we paid off our monthly debit....we have never missed a payment in all the years we have been a customer of theirs. Wrote to them but they didn't have the courtesy to reply. Avoid!!

Ordered heating oil from the Kilkenny Depot on 12th Dec in plenty of time. Money taken from my account without delay. 20th Dec delivery date provided. Rang several times to check on delivery when it did not arrive on the 20th. Was told delivery was "guaranteed" before Christmas. Still not delivered on the 25th Dec. Have had to cut right back on the heating to avoid running out. Not sure whenit will arrive either, no contact from Top Oil to apologise or advise. Very unreliable service, will now be using Campus Oil in future.
