I have not received the boots ordered and ordered more than 1month ago.
Product is amazing.
Two elements to this. The service and the product.
I had sent numerous emails/messages and received no reply from me paying to arrival. The customer service side isn't great but I don't know the staff situation.
The boots, unbelievable quality, slight issue that the black has stained the red tongues but could well be delivery damage after waiting 3weeks due to Royal Mail.
The boots are unquestionably amazing and that's what I paid for in reality so top stuff

Been waiting for way to long now. Ordered my boots 6 weeks ago, still no boots or even a message.
Not great and wouldn’t recommend
Ordered for my 16 years old son as a gift. Very long lead time for boots to finally arrive. Not ideal, but understandable. However the communication was similarly slow with regards to updates, responses to questions and information. This simply added to the frustration of not receiving the boots until 6 weeks later.
Boots looked very nice on arrival, but after 2 games wearing them, the ‘blackout’ studs have lost their colour and now back to being silver, so all in all, we’ve paid an extra £30 for very little extra.
All things considered, would not recommend; particularly considering the cost.

Really poor service from the start…
I wasn’t informed of when my boots had arrived at toots and had no updates throughout. I tried to message the team on instagram to find out what stage the process was at, only to be told I wouldn’t be contacted until the boots would be released, in which this didn’t happen. After contacting Toots again, I was told that my boots would be released by the end of the week (5 weeks after posting them). Another 2 weeks has passed since this point and I still haven’t received my boots back or been given any tracking information.
This is a real shame as it is a service that I would probably of used again due to the being a professional academy coach, but I cannot afford to wait the best part of 2 months for football boots! REAL SHAME

Ordered 13th October 2023 with an estimated delivery time of 7-14 days.
Didn’t hear anything until I emailed a month later and they replied with a sarcastic email that they had ‘added a banner to the website to say longer delivery times’. This wasn’t there when I ordered and obviously had no reason to go back and check the website.
Didn’t even send an email to explain the longer delivery time.
My boots then arrived 27th November and they are the wrong boots!!! Didn’t even come with the sole conversion I paid for. The only reason I ordered them!
Emailed 3 times now (it’s Friday 1st December) and had no response at all.
Feel like this company is some kid in his bedroom painting a few pairs of boots a week.

Ordered boots, took them weeks to arrive. Worn them for 2 months (19times). A huge spilt happened. Tried to get my money back but the company WILL NOT REFUND. Not even offered to get a repair or replacement. Ignored my emails/messages and now blocked on there social media!!

Boots promised in 2-4 weeks at time of ordering…6 weeks later still nothing. Chased up via email multiple times which were ignored. Sent 2 emails 3 weeks ago requesting a cancellation and refund which were also completely ignored and have now received an email saying they’ve been despatched?
Customer service is abysmal I’ve genuinely never experienced anything like it in my life. Now going to have to go through the hassle of having these things sent back despite cancelling the order weeks ago and still no refund…

Easy to use service, results were great. The customisation I've been looking for especially the shortening of the tongues and at a reasonable price.

I was really disappointed with these. My parents ordered me the blackout copas with tongue elastic as a Christmas present last year. I had worn them maybe 4 or 5 times (it rained during the last time) and the blackout colour has faded from black to a dull grey now. It is more notable on the tongue itself, but still looks very amateurish now sadly. Probably not worth the extra money.

An honest review... It's a long one...
Honestly, a WORLD CLASS STANDARD of quality! I first encountered tootsboots from professional footballers and they looked like an established boot customization company. I had ordered a DIY blackout kit before for my Hypervenoms and it came well within the time frame.
I had ordered another blackout service and I have just received my boots today and the results are exactly as I expected. The whole boot was blacked out and finished with quality as well as the upper sock layer I've got, honestly, it looks like I just bought them fresh from Nike themselves!
As I sent the boots I read the reviews on here and I feared the worst, in terms of waiting times and lack of communication, but honestly most customers won't understand that this is a business of customization and these things take time on top of the many boots that they receive each day so it is really easy for heavy backlog so I would recommend for customers to give them around 30-40 working days starting from when they RECEIVE your boots, NOT when you SEND them!
Personally, I didn't have issues with communication, they emailed me their intention of shipment which basically means that they're nearly finished with your order and when I sent a check-up email, they responded the next day.
I think reviewers are a little too harsh on the company and it doesn't truly reflect the company and their quality of service.
Would highly recommend only if you're not in a rush!
