Don't use these scammers ive been waiting since Feb and still not got any boots! No refund given either.

Ordered the DIY back out pack and havent received anything. Just royal mail saying they are awaiting the package from them. Have emailed both their email address from the site and the email registered with PayPal and nothing. No reply at all. Luckily only went with thay black out kit, almost went for a custom boot! Now to try and get a refund through PayPal. Awful experience and judging by the rest of the reviews its common practice.

Shocking customer service! Waited 3 months and still no boots. I have been a regular customer of toots. However, this time, after ordering boots on the 11th January, I still haven’t received the boots or a refund.

I’ve sent several emails about when the boots would arrive and have even just asked for my money back instead as I’d rather just source my own boots now but no reply.

I have contacted him through email and his Instagram page.

Don’t want the boots anymore and just want my money back.

1 month in, 8 times worn snd the studs are loose and one of them completely ripped out.

I placed an order at the beginning of December, asked for delivery status three times then beginning of February they said my order had been shipped, I’ve had no response from them since, and no delivery!!

Ordered a pair of copa conversions. They took ages to arrive and when they did the studs were the same length as the moulds so completely pointless

The time it took for me to receive my boots back. And when chasing up my order after waiting 2 months it took weeks to get a response

I placed an order with Toots Boots on 19th November and I am still waiting for my boots, with no updates whatsoever.

Since ordering, I have emailed twice to ask for an update and have received no response at all. There has been no explanation for the delay, no estimated dispatch date, and no communication to reassure me that my order is even being processed.

Waiting this long with complete silence from customer service is unacceptable. If there are delays, customers should at least be kept informed. At this point, the lack of communication has completely destroyed my confidence in this company.

I would not recommend ordering unless you’re prepared to wait months with no updates or replies.

Horrible service and experience.
8 weeks to deliver, slow careless customer service, and blackout ink started fading off in second training session.
Sole started to detach at the toe area of 1 boot after a 6 wears which should never happen for the Copa Mundials, which makes me question if they are selling on defected boots. Avoid at all cost

If you are after a quick online service for standard boots, stick to your average retailers. For customised and personalised boots with a professional service, this company are 5*.

Communicated clearly regarding the approximate delivery times with updates & secured royal mail delivery.

Boots arrived in time for Xmas and as expected are 👌🏼

Boots are fantastic, I have now purchased a good few for grandson, they are so good because you can use on both grass and astroturf 👏 only problem is time they take to make and deliver but honestly well made boots

The boots I bought are exactly what I wanted, they are the Copa version 2 that Toots offers, they are blacked out brilliantly and I have had several people ask me where I got them, which I have recommended Toots highly👏🏻👍🏻

Awful service, avoid this company at all costs. I ordered boots on the 9th September and they told me they had sent them a week ago but they haven't arrived. Royal Mail are still waiting to receive them.They don't communicate at all with you. I've been completely let down

Love the boots but the experience of waiting for them for over 8 weeks from order means I won’t shop at tootsboots again. The lack of customer support and communication lacked and I had to chase for updates.

Well, after being told about this website by a friend and how they had said that toots' boots is company that specializes in customizing classic football boots such as Copa Mundial's and world cups. To which they over the past few years has ordered 4-5 pairs from here and swore by them.

So, I ordered myself a pair of Adidas World Cups (short tongue, blacked out upper and black studs) along with a set of gold studs too. To which the total came to £176.98, which is a lot of money but worth it in the long run for a pair of quality football boots.

So, after ordering in late August (27/08/25) I had seen advertised a 4-6 week wait time, which I was prepared to wait as I didn't need them immediately.
But after around 6.5 weeks and hearing nothing about Royal Mail shipping number/tracking etc, I emailed them which to be fair they replied relatively quickly although in not much detail but sufficient enough to answer my questions.

Then after another week, (around 7 weeks since ordering) I asked about when they would be shipped, to which they told me another week but provided me with a Royal Mail tracking number. Then just before they actually did send them to Royal Mail for shipping, they emailed me to check and ask if I had made a mistake when imputing my delivery instructions, as I hadn't included a house number but instead a house name as that's what I have instead. But I thought it was nice of them to double check before sending.

Then on the 27/10/25 they arrived. To which was nervous as I knew if they were wrong then the whole process to send them etc would have probably taken ages. But after opening the box I found my boots presented nicely, also including a pair of toots boots shoe trees and also my gold studs as well. So, after waiting for about 2 months (2 weeks longer than advertised and expected) the feeling of relief that they had arrived and correct was brilliant, as upon first inspection they look perfect.

So, to conclude as long as you're prepared to wait (quite a long time) in my experience, they will come and when they do it'll be worth the wait but just be patient and trust the process.
