Located in the West Midands, we have recently moved into our newly purpose built unit for warhousing and distribution, this was built due to the high volume of demand for our power tools from the E-commerce market. The company has grown within a very fast moving power tool market and have formed links with some of the best known brands. We are now exporting products in conjunction with these brands to regions as far as the Middle East. No sense of customer service.
Absolutely useless customer service!! Kept saying there was some way to adjust and fix the problem. There wasn’t! Learn your products! Then stopped responding completely. Amazon said send it back without box, they say with box. I can’t be bothered any more. Not worth the time. If you have a problem with this lot, good luck! Helpful! What a joke!! Dark age customer service!!

After reviewing our correspondence, we can see that we attempted to resolve the issue within 24 hours of you contacting Amazon. Unfortunately, it appears that the instructions provided were not able to be followed through at the time. We can confirm that we are fully trained and knowledgeable on our products, and if there were ever any doubt, we would not instruct a customer to adjust or modify a machine.
Based on the information provided, the issue appeared to be minor slipping from the rise and fall cog. Loosening and re-adjusting these cogs would resolve this issue, and as we have not received any further contact, we assumed the matter had been resolved.
We can also confirm that we initially offered to arrange collection of the item via our courier service. For transit and safety reasons, the courier requires the item to be boxed securely.
If you are still experiencing issues with the machine, please do not hesitate to contact us at sales@toolsave.co.uk, and we will be happy to assist you further.

Buyers beware
Why has this company treated a terminally ill man ,with the upmost contempt by ignoring his request to settle an issue with a faulty wood lathe that is still under their so called "warranty:?? I fully explained my situation and inability to pay carriage fees due to my only income being state benefits, but this was met with the coldest heart from an individual called Sharna,hiding behind the excuse of company warranty restrictions and who didn't even attempt to show any compassion towards me at all. I hope that she,or any of her relatives, are never placed in my position, because this experience has caused so much annoyance and unnecessary stress that I am now even more depressed than before. My wood lathe helps me to take my mind off my cancer. Needless to say that I will never deal with a company that condone this sort of behaviour again, and I will be urging everyone to avoid doing any kind of business with them in the future. Of course, I fully expect for this company to reply to this review contesting my claims, but I have all the evidence in emails and text messages to support my review and I can make these available to anyone who requests them.

Don't buy from this company!!!! Bought a Auto Jack compressor from this company via their Ebay store Toolsave. The compressor failed after less than 5 hours use, costing me time, inconvenience and a litre of 2k paint worth 30 quid. Contacted toolsave and was greeted by someone called Shana who was quick to arrange a return via courier. If I had have known what was to come, I would have, should have used Ebays designated return. Which I highly advise when dealing with this company. As they refuse to refund in a timely manner, and be quite obnoxious. First Shana tried to scam me out of 20 quid for the return cost, when i told her it is my right to a full refund under consumer law. She tried to make out that she hadn’t read my message properly. Yeah right o. After a week of her charming personality, I decided I had to contact Ebays customer service to resolve the problem, they were a pleasure to deal with unlike toolsave who I will never deal with again and anyone reading this should do the same. As the products are of almost as low quality as the customer service when they break, and they will, Ive had lidl tools last years of use compared to the crap from this company. Avoid like the plague, and save yourself alot of time money and headaches.

On this occasion, a genuine error in communication occurred whereby the unit was initially assumed to be unwanted rather than faulty. As a result, incorrect advice was given regarding a collection charge being deducted from the refund. Once this misunderstanding was identified, it was promptly corrected, and you were assured that no such deduction would be made and that a full refund would be issued.
For clarity, the timeline was as follows:
-Issue raised on 21st May
-Collection arranged by our team on 22nd May
-Communication error identified and resolved on 22nd May
-Collection completed on your selected date of 27th May
-Item returned to us on 28th May
-Full refund processed within two working days of receipt
We acknowledge that there was an issue with the item, which was resolved within a reasonable timeframe and in line with our procedures. Aside from the initial communication error regarding the collection, the process was completed without further issue.
While we respect all customer feedback, we feel that a one-star review does not accurately reflect the service provided or the resolution achieved. We also believe that the use of derogatory language is unfair and does not reflect the professional manner in which the matter was ultimately handled.
We appreciate your feedback and will continue to use it to improve our communication and service going forward.

Great jet wash lance
Great jet wash lance ! Well made and so far lasting after 3 uses. Very quick process and happy with their delivery times
Will use the online shop again.
The only niggle that is not explained is the M22 fixing on the lance, I have had to shop around to try and make it work on a Karcher machine to fit the bayonet for those purchasing in the future.

16th May - thankyou for reply but this is more confusing. I bought an item from Toolshaven, not Toolsave.. I did not receive any confirmation but monies taken. Still no contact from the company.

I ordered a workbench through B & Q
I ordered a workbench through B & Q. Delivery was very quick, unfortunatly the item was in two boxes and only one was delivered, after contacting Toolsave Ltd, the missing baox was delivered withinn 24hrs - even with this mishap, the delivery via DPD was very fast.
The hardwood workbench is excellent for use in a home workshop, but I would not consider it for heavy commercial use.
The model I purchased has two strong and useful drawers. Mine now holds woodworking chisels and Dremel tools.
This is an excellent unit for doing everything from model making, to DIY jobs needed for the house.

Bought a nail gun off amazon ,thinking it was amazon sales,used it 4 times bearing in mind only home DIY,then it broke,it didn't even last ,only after warranty was up,convenient, had a back and forth with both customer services, them and amazon,tool save charge for repair so that's more money in there pocket for a substandard product, cause it will probably break again, dont know why when you can see how many bad reviews they have had that they wouldntcwant to help customer more,seems as itsxa so called family run buisness

We are sorry you feel this way. We can confirm that you had contacted us on Amazon, way over the 1 year return period for a warranty repair. We feel a 1 star review isn't reflective of the service we had provided for you, after you demanding a refund for the item, without returning it.
There are number of factors that can contribute to a failed nail gun, not just with our brand, but with just about every other branded nail gun out there.
We did of course advise that you are able to return the item for inspection, and depending on what the issue is, MAY be chargeable. Please consider that we were willing to organise a repair for free at that point of contact, whilst you were demanding a full refund.
As you may be aware at the point of sale the item was not faulty, nor was this reported faulty within 30 days of purchase, or even within the 1 year warranty period.
We hope you can work with us to get this nail gun in working order again
