Ordered a tension rod and plain pleated blind on next day delivery. It took a week to come. They said they were struggling more than usual during the pandemic, which I understand, but if ya can't do next day delivery don't put it as an option. Also when the order arrived, the tension rod was complete useless, just pushed back in. Rather than hold the grip. Although the blind looked nice for what it were, it was practically see through. Total waste of time and money.

Great quality, Great Prices and Great customer service. Happy with my order and will be ordering again.

placed an order 4 weeks ago when it hadnt arrived after 2 weeksi rang and spoke to a lady who said due to updating system order hadnt been sent out but would send it next day delivery. that didnt materialise i rang again same person said the manager would chase up royal mail. after 2 further calls i still havent received my order. its been a month now and is unacceptable.on my last call she actually asked me am i sure i havent received it!! !why would i be wasting my time on hold yet again. i am so disappointed as they have some lovely things on their website i was planning to purchase.i am hoping someone from the company sees this and sorts it out asap

Good company to deal with,good choice of textiles, I bought cushion covers good value and quality.
They arrived in two separate packages,which concerned me when only one cushion cover arrived ,but good communication from the company and the other three arrived a few days later.
Very pleased with my purchase.

I was a bit reluctant ordering as I had never heard of them before, but they emailed every step of the process and delivery was within 4 days. The curtains I purchased are made from high quality lace and were great value for money. I am very pleased with my purchase and will certainly recommend Tony's Textiles to family and friends.

Would give a zero star if I could. Disgraceful Customer Service, wanted to return an item from Dublin, Ireland - 3/4 emails sent, phone call made finally received a return label over a week later. Label had my address in Dublin but country was Belgium!!! Emailed to get a new label sent....no response!! Gave up and sold the curtains I ordered to a friend. Less hassle. Would never order from here again!

Product ok but customer service was very poor.asked for next day delivery and paid for that.when didn't turn up they said" oh if it came from us you would of got it but if it comes from our suppliers we can't control it."to be honest I just thought why if you know it's coming from suppliers do they offer next day delivery they should say it wasn't available.and when I got it the label on parcel said royal mail 48.for a first time customer I didn't feel a valued customer ,yes I got postage refunded eventually but at first I was offered only part of it..they even said they would get back to me of why the delivery didn't turn up and I had to ring them and that's when I was told what is written above.i wouldn't use this company again!

Customer service at its best! Lovely products at affordable prices. I needed some bedding ordered to arrive asap for a guest but forgot to do next day delivery at checkout. 1 phone call & the lovely lady I spoke to arranged immediately for those items to arrive next day - at no extra cost! Then when I received 1 wrong item, all it took was another quick phone call & was all sorted. Even let me keep the item as it was their mistake. Amazing service! Will keep shopping here again & again👍

Sorry, but wouldn’t recommend this company. Ordered 2 items at the same time...one arrived and the other didn’t. Called up and was told someone would look into it. Still waiting for the second item and still no contact from Tony’s Textiles.

What a great company. Customer care second to none. Rug I bought began to fade and Bill worked tirelessly to get the manufacturer to replace the rug. Even gave me a part refund. Cannot praise them enough.

I ordered my Nets with the Squirl pattern on after measuring window.
I have 3 small windows really difficult to get nets to fit. So I gave exact measurements then left enough for gather as recommended. They arrived really quickly they are perfect. Will definitely be using again. I recommend this company with Service and providing the Quality goods. Really Pleased.

Love this company, ordered my crush velvet curtains From here and they are literally beautiful. Had couple years and still look gorgeous and luxury!!! Whenever I needed to speak to someone always get a friendly response and fast. Very happy

Ordered items 28th of Feb still haven't received. I have sent numerous emails and nothing back.

Would've been 5 stars but the item was not quite as described on its own packaging... nothing to do with Tony's Textiles as such. The service I received was otherwise very good, good price, prompt delivery.
