Lovely staff, very helpful.

Great shopping and wonderful staff

Visited the Clacton Tog24 shop at Clacton Common and wasn't expecting to find gym wear but was very happy to find some. Staff were lovely and recommended I try a size down as well since some previous people had said some bits come up a little big. They were correct and I bought a size smaller then I normally would.

Great jacket, lightweight and waterproof. Really good fit.

We really like the Tog 24 shop at Junction 32. The staff are always so helpful, particularly Molly. We are looking forward to the Shaun the Sheep range being back in store.

I needed a light but warm jacket with good size zip pockets. The Feizor fits the bill. I always carry my phone and wallet so secure pockets are very important to me. The added poacher pockets inside are a real bonus for dog treats and poo bags.
What an all round great jacket and I love the orange colour.

I went in the tog 24 shop at Trentham garden yesterday 1/3/26 and just like to say a big thank you the lady that helped me to pick out a rain coat.

Visited the middlebrook store at Horwich ,the staff are very friendly and helpful.. I was served by Colette who showed me exactly what I wanted a light weight annorack and explained the different fits of coats especially mens are slightly more generous for a bigger lady, very knowledgeable and found me exactly what I wanted, always very friendly and polite...

I recently bought a Tog24 t-short and it went bad within a week - after just one wash !!

Came down to the Clacton branch to look for a waterproof jacket for my son who is going travelling. I was kindly greeted by a younger lad Elliot, he was very helpful in showing me a few different options and explaining advantages of certain ones. I did not purchase anything on the day due to not being sure on what colour to get but did order one online later on after being able to show my son online what I had been shown and pass on the pros and cons of what I had been taught that day. I would also like to mention the other boy on that day I did not have a interaction with him myself but my husband did and said he was also very pleasant to talk to.

The ski jacket had been great for a couple of seasons and kept me very warm in icy conditions down to -18°C in January this year. However, today came a true test and I realised the BIG difference between water repellent and water resistant. This ski jacket is the latter. During heavy snowfall it was soaking wet through and I had to head back to the warmth of the apartment. I suppose it is what it is for the price but it falls down in bad snowy weather.
Update! Today the zip failed completely whilst I was out on the slopes. Utterly awful experience I had to limp back with my jacket flapping around- thank goodness it was sunny today. Avoid this brand if you want quality

Love this coat - lovely and warm but without feeling too bulky. Toasty on a cold winters day in England - looking forward to really testing it in Norway next week.
