Not happy with the outcome of the customer service online experience . after providing several information to resolve the issue and did not even provide a goodwill gesture voucher to compensate the issue.

Always enjoy shopping at TK Maxx, great variety, good value and you never know what you’re going to find! I’ve generally found the staff friendly and helpful too. My recent visit to the Nottingham store was particularly lovely, with excellent and very patient customer service. The lady who served us was incredibly patient and helpful. Definitely one of my favourite places to shop.

Young lad on till,so immensely helpful,,cheery,,helped me alot,,very patient,kind,on helping me down load the tkmax app t get the treasure card, bit tricky but he managed really well,so incredibly nice,polite,kind ,,reassured me I wasn't a bother

NOT WAY TO TREAT ELDERLY DISABLED LADY !
THE Bridgemead branch failed miserably today 28th September
At a minute or two before 1.30pm
at first floor level, their lift doors SMASHED into my mobility scooter as I was reversing out ! A lady, eith a pram and her son witnessed it ...the son was shocked too and asked me if I was alright....which is more than the response I got from James who had come in answer to my phone call - there arent any sales personnel upstairs. James gave me impression it hadnt really happened which left me feeling upset. Fortunately, my little service dog want hurt but it was close! I DID expect an apology at least! He went in and out of the lift and told me :"its working fine" More invalidation ! He took my name and number but I'm not holding my breath.
TK Maxx have a duty to enter the incident FORMALLY I honestly feel its been mismanaged
Its put me right off the store. Im 81 years old and disabled - I'm heavily reliant on my lovely scooter....but Im not impressed at the cavalier way I've been treated
I think I have an idea why the doors smashed into me but TK MAXX dont want to know....pathetic

Lexus understood my situation and dealt with issue immediately. Great online customer service. Glasgow staff were not sympathetic at all

Absolutely unacceptable experience at TK Maxx Lakeside.
During my visit, I was nearly knocked over by an unsupervised child wearing Heelys who skated directly into my path at speed. There were no parents in sight, no staff intervention, and no acknowledgement that this behaviour poses a clear safety risk to customers. As a result of this incident, I am now suffering from severe back and hip pain.

A retail store is not a playground, and TK Maxx has a duty of care to ensure a safe environment for all shoppers. Allowing children to race around the shop floor without supervision is negligent, and it is astonishing that no public announcements or staff guidance are in place to remind parents to control their children.

I will be contacting TK Maxx formally regarding this matter. It is about time the company addressed this ongoing issue and took responsibility for maintaining a safe shopping environment

If I could leave zero stars, I would.
I visited the Keighley store to return an item I had purchased from the Bradford store the previous day. I had the receipt with me, but the cashier told me that the card being used did not match the card shown on the receipt and that she would therefore be unable to refund me.

I only have one card. I was asked to provide a bank statement, which clearly showed the date, time, store and exact amount of the purchase. Despite providing this evidence, the cashier still seemed unwilling to process the refund.

Eventually, after a considerable amount of time, I did receive my refund back onto the card I had used. However, throughout the process, the shop assistant repeatedly told me, “I’ll do it for you on this occasion,” while continuing to lecture me about making sure I used the “correct card”. There was no other card involved!

I found the whole experience extremely embarrassing and upsetting. The store was full of customers, and I was made to feel as though I had done something fraudulent or dishonest, despite having a receipt and providing bank evidence to prove the purchase.

I understand that staff have procedures they need to follow, but there was absolutely no need for me to be spoken to in such a rude and accusatory manner. A little professionalism, courtesy and understanding would have made a huge difference.

My order unfortunately arrived damaged, but the team were very quick to resolve the issue and kindly issued a full refund, including the delivery cost. I really appreciate their excellent customer service and how efficiently they handled my concerns. I would not hesitate to shop with TK Maxx again.

I’m really disappointed with my recent experience.
I ordered an item for my little girl, but unfortunately I was sent the wrong size because the TK Maxx label on the item was incorrect. I contacted customer services, explained what had happened, and was told that I would receive a refund. I also had to ask for the delivery charge to be refunded, as this wasn’t an error on my part, and customer services kindly agreed to do this.

As I absolutely loved the item and really wanted it for my little girl, I decided to order it again, hoping the issue had been resolved. Unfortunately, the exact same thing has happened again — I have once again received the wrong size/item due to the incorrect labelling.

I’m extremely frustrated, particularly because I had already contacted customer services about this exact issue. I would have expected the stock to be checked or the incorrect labelling to be addressed before another order was sent out. Instead, I have now gone through the same problem twice.

It’s very disappointing, especially when I really liked the item and went to the trouble of ordering it again. I appreciate that customer services were helpful with the refund and delivery charge the first time, but the underlying issue clearly wasn’t resolved.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that the stock and labelling are properly checked so other customers don’t experience the same problem.

The customer service I received at the till in your Yeovil store today was extremely poor.

While waiting, I watched the young lady serve the customer in front of me without speaking a single word to her throughout the entire transaction. Unfortunately, when it was my turn, the experience was exactly the same.

There was no greeting or acknowledgement. I said hello and received no response. She scanned my items and then simply looked at me. She didn’t tell me the total, ask whether I needed a bag, or make any attempt to communicate whatsoever.

The silence became so uncomfortable that I eventually asked if she was mute. Only then did she actually speak and ask whether I wanted a bag.

I don’t expect over-the-top friendliness, but basic customer service etiquette should include acknowledging the customer and communicating during the transaction. This was an incredibly awkward and unpleasant experience, and the standard of customer service was frankly terrible.

I love this store, I do have an online account but visit my local store often. The staff are always polite and helpful and knowledgeable about what’s available. I recently had a poorly episode instore and thanks to the members of staff who were kind and caring I was able to continue my journey home.

Bought some trousers for about £24.99 l expected them to be good quality but on first wash before wearing them they are a complete mess. Very dissatisfied with the quality compared to the price
