Ran a promotion on their website which they did not honour. Now have my personal information. I believe this was a scam! Be careful when dealing with their dishonourable organisation.

A company making millions a month off brainwashed people but wont fill a fraction of their monthly profits fulfilling orders that took advantage of their own coupons.

Your permission is not needed to post about a promotion you're running.

You make millions a month, you most definitely could have fulfilled the orders that were placed.
But you don't actually care about what you can do, you only care about making as much money as you can from brainwashed people.
Not very "god fearing" of you.

Actually, it is a review of your company. Specifically your customer service and inability to follow through with promotions you offer.

Bit weird that you'd try and paint me out to be some kind of liar, when this is based off my personal experienced with your company.

Cope and seethe hypocrite.

Tithe.ly does a great job of allowing our church to offer online contributions. It's easy to add new contribution funds and schedule deposit dates. The fees that are charged are reasonable and comparable to other credit card processing sites. My only complaint is that credit card and debit card transactions take different amounts of time to process - It's hard to get end of quarter donations processed in time for reports.

We mainly use the ACH deposit part of the program, but they have so much more to offer! Set up and use of the program for our church is pretty easy! Customer service for the program is great too!

Some times it is difficult to find the name of the person who has donated, at least for me.

They have been a great and timely help for us. As the landscape of church has changed, they have allowed us to continue moving forward without complications.

Intuitive interface and very easy to setup and use.

This platform option for our church gives them the opportunity to give other than most traditional methods. It is used mostly when the individual for what ever reason can not make it to church.

Then on-line giving gives them an option to give while they are away, or another means to give.

During our Stewardship Sunday we have encouraged our member and visitors to use this more as they get used to the cyber way of life.

Donations collected sometimes take more than 10 days to be deposited.

Awesome, Tithe.ly, helps to make the business end of our ministry so much easier.

Great avenues of record keeping for church giving. Simple and thorough.

Tithe is a great tool to use especially when we have special events to collect funds for. Example: back to school clothing, Christmas giving for families in need.
The only problem I had recently, my credit card expiration date expired. You should be able to pull up the card info and change the date to your new card.

It is easy to understand for the team and our members. My only hitch is when I would like to talk with someone on the phone instead of in the message area. At times I have a problem there.

Honestly, Tithe.ly has been a great addition to our church profile. Our online giving has increased, and the church app has helped us get announcements out to the congregation and also given us the opportunity to put sermon outlines up for anyone with the app.

In the normal course of business, Tithely works acceptably. However, if there is the slightest hiccup or adjustment required, it is utterly frustrating to resolve because they are exceedingly difficult to reach. This week I believe we have reached the finish line with them. Primarily because of the delay in reply to emails, phone number disconnected and 24 hours wait for an appointment booked online. I’ve never dealt with them but I’ve never seen my team more exasperated by any singular vendor. None. We will do due diligence on customer service for next provider. Buyer beware.

A great service for small churches. We got it integrated into our website and now have online giving without a huge monthly cost.

For us having an integrated system for database management, community communications, creating and hosting our website and app as well as manage our giving has been an essential part of growing in online mission. We'd recommend Tithe.ly all access to any ministry or mission team who are needing extra support in these areas and value quality.

Growing company with work to do, but overall good product With TONS of potential.

Tithely is a great way for parishioners to give money easily and anonymously. I like that I can give automatically on a monthly basis.
