All good ,installation was about a week after quote visit !I did have a confusing start with using the app which was quickly explained to myself the panels and battery are working just as promised .we did have an issue with the battery but this was replaced almost immediately when it came to light .I would certainly recommend the company and installers to anyone

The staff — From the Admin staff to the Operational staff who did the actual installation, all were very friendly and helpful. What is more, the quality of the workmanship and the materials used was top notch!

I would like to say our experience dealing with uk solar experts was a real pleasure they helped me set up a zoom meeting with a chap called Matt he was very good at explaining everything to us and while discussing things with us there wasn’t any pressure put on us to make a decision Matt went away while we talked things through and we made the decision to go ahead with having 10 solar panels put on our roof 8days later the people came at 9.30 and worked till 3.45 by this time every thing was done and dusted we are delighted with how everything was done with great efficiency and we now sell our unused electricity to the grid that took us some time to sort out along with the help of our son-law so all a fantastic outcome 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Very efficient from quote to installation. Both Bethany and Dillan were great to deal with. All seemed to run little clockwork. Would definitely recommend.

A long installation day owing to the electrician being double booked & not arriving until 1pm long after the solar panel man had gone. So, after an 8.30am start with scaffolders arriving, it was all eventually completed by 8pm!
The system works beautifully along with the app so was worth the hiccups.
A few weeks in, and lots of clips from the bird netting began to fall off. Bethany & Dylan sorted this quickly and sent someone out to replace them. I had to chase for guarantees and certificates but all arrived by email when requested. Dylan was helpful with providing information needed for my energy supplier when setting up my SEG.

Very easy to communicate with and explain what will happen truthfully. After the initial conversation with Bethany we had a Skype call with Dylan who explained how it works and what was needed to be mostly self sufficient ,4 months down the road we are exporting to the grid and are self sufficient. The whole process has gone really well thanks to all at UK Solar Experts.Roy.

The installers were excellent despite having a very long day, having driven from Sheffield to Cardiff. They explained everything very well and did a good job.

The team made it really easy to go through the whole process which we were quite worried about before we started. Everything was explained step by step, designed and installed really quickly. Our solar panels are feeding into the grid as well as providing power for our electric car. A great step towards reducing our carbon footprint. Thanks to Bethany and Dylan a all the team. And to the energy companies also.

I contacted UK Solar Experts for two solutions. An off-grid electricity supply at my son's music studio and batteries only at my home to complement my existing solar panels.
I had contacted other companies but they could not support the off-grid requirement or their battery offers were inadequate and expensive for the capacity recommended.
I was impressed by UK Solar Experts as they walked me through the solutions and their installers were outstanding in their technical knowledge, thoroughness and friendliness.
At home, I took the opportunity to maximize my savings by replacing my gas boiler with air to air reversible air conditioning that will heat our home in the winter and cool it in the summer.
By converting my electricity supply to Economy 7 and charge the batteries overnight back to 100% it's costing me just £1 per day instead of the £6 per day that I was previously required to pay.
I expect my investment at home to be covered within four years.
This model could help many people avoid crippling fuel costs!

At the initial meeting, James explained clearly how the system worked and how the costing was broken down according to our requirements. Installation was scheduled to suit our time frame. From the erection of the scaffolding, delivery of the materials and installation of the system the next day, all teams were found to be very professional and customer focused. Our thanks to James, Bethany, Dylan and all involved, as the process was very slick from start to finish and the workmanship impeccable. Helpful staff and installed an excellent product quickly with the minimum of mess and fuss

Had an overall solid experience with my solar install, they are not the cheapest and can be quite persistent during the initial sales conversation but otherwise, they were professional every step of the way, they listened to my concerns and queries, they installed everything professionally and cleanly, addressed my concerns along the way and promptly resolved snags. They are a smaller installer so sometimes getting a hold of them was tricky, this can be frustrating if there are issues, so a word of caution here.

The system installed is exactly what I was looking for, rather than others trying to sell me a system that differed from what I wanted and justifying it on a lower cost. Overall I am very happy with my experience, have already recommended this company to neighbours.

Bethany has been a great point of contact throughout the whole process.

They led me all the way from initial enquiry to the installation to payment. Installation within 2 weeks, installation in one day. Working great, no more electric bill 😁. I couldn't ask for more.

Everybody was professional and the scaffolding and solars were up and running in one day. Very happy to be producing my own energy. All the team in the office are also approachable and friendly.

My journey with UK Solar Experts started with a video meeting, James confirmed my thoughts and design the best solution for my home.
Bethany and Dylan handled the installation process from first day till my system was fully installed and operational.
Everything was handled in a professional manner and still don't believe how quick they set up my solar system, thank you for your service.

Unfortunately could not proceed with the purchase of the property so no longer needed Solar Panels. Was told I would have my deposit returned.

After several e-mails completely ignored, threatened to contact my bank and suddenly he responds agreeing to send the money back.

Several e-mails later again still no money and no correspondence. Had to contact my bank to retrieve the money.

Very disappointing customer service. Very unprofessional and incredibly unreliable. Stay well clear.

Further update, once this review was posted. All of a sudden my refund was actioned the next day and countless e-mails responding to update my review. Absolute shame customers have to resort to these means to get their own money back.

Not only have they lost £20k of sales through a potential customer, but also recommendations of friends and family along with it. Business that is now going to another company. All because they chose to ignore my e-mails. Shame.

From the very first contact with Josh who passed me over to James their openly honest approach came through, I was supplied with all the relevant information and costs for my installation via video call so your actually seeing who your dealing with, the installation was carried out on a date to suit me and in just over a week, so quick (don’t let that put you off) the installation was completed within a day by three hard working polite lads to a high standard , sadly didn’t get their names. In the office Beth and Dylan were helpful with all questions I had regarding the install and the next process each step of the way
There was an issue with the battery (beyond the fitters control) to which was resolved the next day
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend U.K. Solar Experts to anyone else, Excellent throughout, well done and keep up your high standards, they obviously pay off
