Excellent communication, received cups earlier then expected! That was a pleasant surprise!! Printing and cup are good quality, the printing on front/back with no extra charge made me try TippyToad...SO GLAD I DID!

The product provided was excellent and their CS was responsive as needed.
The product provided was excellent. I had to check with them a few days before expected delivery as I had not heard anything from them but once I checked in and they found there was an issue with production they worked hard to get the correction done and they still delivered the product before our event it was just one day later than expected. We will plan to use them again as they were very courteous and helpful and again the product was perfect.

Graduation cups and cupcake boxes
I ordered imprinted cupcake boxes and personalized cups. Both products turned out awesome! I received them in time for my son's graduation lunch celebration.

Horrible customer service
After spending considerable time looking for the perfect party goods for my son's rehearsal dinner, I placed an order and paid for 2-day shipping. On the day I was to receive the order, I received a call from Bailey at TippyToad. Supposedly, the order had been shipped to one of their offices by mistake. Bailey asked when I needed the order, and I explained to her I needed it by the next day. I told her I was leaving town to attend my son's wedding, and the order was needed for the rehearsal dinner. Bailey had a very passive demeanor, regarding the situation. She said they would try to get the order to me, or they would issue a full refund. I stressed that they could overnight the order to me, and again indifference. At the time I asked to speak with someone else, and was told no one else was in the office. I asked to have someone contact me, and again the response was no one was in the office. Customer service does not appear to be a priority for this company!

We are sincerely sorry your order did not arrive to you within the two-day period you chose as your delivery method. Your order was shipped to our customer service office instead of your address. Why this happened we do not know but we are looking into it to ensure this does not happen in the future. We are shipping your order to you today via Next Day delivery for your to receive tomorrow as you have stated you need if tomorrow. You will be credited the full shipping amount you paid during your purchase.
What Bailey meant by "we would try to get the order to you by tomorrow or we will issue a full refund" is once the package leaves the door, we have no control of any unforeseen events like weather or traffic accident. We cannot make a guarantee on something we have no control over, hence, we are shipping your order to you today via next day air for delivery tomorrow. If, for some reason, your order does not arrive to you tomorrow, you will be issued a full refund.
Bailey was the only person in our customer service office at the time of your conversation. Due to the Corona virus Pandemic, most of our office staff are home. Bailey is an awesome customer service specialist and takes all issues with the utmost of concern and priority. Custom service is our number one priority.
Again, Allison, we are very sorry for this unfortunate incident with your order delivery and we apologize. We are doing everything possible to ensure your have your order for your son's rehearsal party.

I will order somewhere else next time.
I am so bummed! I ordered two different sets of cups weeks ago for my daughter's graduation party. The party is this coming Saturday (today is Tuesday). I just received a call that the order was on hold because they weren't sure what color I wanted the print to be on one of the cups ordered. Because it takes 7 days to ship an order, I had to cancel the whole order. Why am I just getting called now? And in my summary of the order, the color is stated right there. Ugh. If you need these on a deadline, order somewhere else. I wish I did.

An imprint color was chosen on one set of cups, however, there was no imprint color chosen for the second set of cups. We cannot print an order unless we know exactly what imprint color is to be used. Our customer care team contacted you via voicemail message and email message on Wednesday, June 10, 2020 and on Friday, June 12, 2020. We received a call from you on Tuesday, June 16, 2020. Unfortunately, there is not enough time to print and delivery your order. We are terribly sorry for this unfortunate situation. We are offering you a complimentary order (on us) for your next event. You will be receiving an email regarding this offer. Again, we apologize for this unfortunate circumstance. Best wishes!

I am happy with my order and how quickly they arrived. The color is exactly as it appeared which was very important to our event theme color however I feel that the logo and lettering should have been a little larger it's difficult to read but very cute. Good quality napkin I would order them again.

Due to printing limitations, sometimes a logo combined with multiple lines of custom print must be reduced in size to fit the napkin print area. We hope this is a satisfactory answer. The napkins are made of 3 layers (3-ply) of virgin paper. We believe they are the best in the industry. Best wishes!

First Time Ordering-Wonderful Service
We ordered the stadium cups as a party favor for our holiday party this year. Everyone that we spoke to regarding our order was quick to respond and very friendly. The cups came quickly and were exactly what we were hoping! I would definitely order from TippyToad again!

I was emailed right away confirming…
I was emailed right away confirming that my order was received, but was on hold due to missing information. I was informed that after I replied with the missing information they would be able to send me a proof of my order. When I received my proof I was able to email any corrections needed, (due to me selecting the wrong print), and after receiving another proof with the corrected printing, I confirmed my order and received my order 1 week later.

My cups arrived
My cups arrived but I had them delivered elsewhere. That being said I have yet to see them. Today I am picking them up for the party in November. Can't wait to see them.
