Me and my partner had a great experience on 31/1/2025, I brought a car from t.i.m.UKmotors Gabriella and her team was very helpful and friendly and welcoming could not have done more for us, very good customer service.

We have just bought a vehicle from here and the service we received was amazing. Nothing was too much and communication was fast every time. I will certainly be buying my next car from here without a doubt. After having a nightmare experience from buying my last car from a different place, I was very wary but I would recommend anyone buying a car here: thank you again.

Took delivery of my Subaru Outback on 10th January after a previous showroom visit late December to browse and make the purchase. Ian was more than helpful and was the main reason I made the purchase. All the staff, both in sales and service, are helpful and pay attention to detail. Any queries are only a phone call away which is very reassuring. I will certainly be using t.i.m. in the future.

I certainly landed on my feet when I saw my new car for sale through T.i.m. UK MOTORS, up till now i hadn’t any experience of them, however I credit myself in being able to see through people, if they are genuine or just after a sale. I’ve been blown away with the upfront honesty,and the delightful professionalism of these people, who have both shown me trust and also demonstrated why you can trust them. It’s 10 years since I last exchanged my car and to a degree I’ve held off my swapping my car because of all the negotiating, paperwork, and the fact that it’s very easy to buy a ‘lemon’ from the wrong dealership. Everything is done for you here, it couldn’t have been easier. And with a comprehensive 12 months warranty it’s peace of mind. Went to look at a car, everything
was as described in the advert. Was shown round the vehicle and went for a test drive with a lovely man who explained how everything worked and even connected my phone to it for me ( I'm not too great with gadgets) Bought the car and Gabriella sorted all the paper work out, even taxed the car for me, everything with the dvla was done and printed off for the car I traded in and my new car, even put petrol in for my journey home and messaged to make sure I got back safely as it was particularly wet, windy and stormy weather. Very happy with the service and my purchase, would highly recommend.

I recently purchased a Suzuki Vitara from t.i.m. UK Motors and wanted to share my experience to help others who are considering buying a used car.
From the moment I walked into the dealership I was greeted with a warm welcome. Ian and his team are knowledgeable and not over pushy which I appreciate.
I had done some research beforehand so I knew what I wanted but Ian took the time to answer all of my questions and offered additional options that I hadn't considered.
The test drive was smooth and informative and Ian encouraged me to take my time which allowed me to get a feel for the car.
The negotiation process was fair and transparent which made me feel comfortable with my purchase.
Would I buy from t.i.m. UK Motors again? Absolutely!!

I Purchased a used Subaru Crosstrek as part exchange with my previous Subaru from t.i.m. UK Motors.
The process of part exchange was very easy, as Gabriella done all the work for me. She explained that she could do the removal of my private number plate off my vehicle and have it on my new vehicle for when I was ready to collect. This was done over the phone in minutes.
Gabriella answered all my questions and explained all the features of the vehicle. She made you feel like nothing was to much for her to do. Everything only took a couple of days.
When I collected the vehicle, Gabriella was waiting at the door with the car ready to go. I was shown over the vehicle and how to operate all features (sun roof, display screen) etc.
I had a cup of coffee whilst we went through the paperwork, then got to meet Ian(salesman) and John(service dept) both very knowledgeable.
In all it was an outstanding personal service by all staff, and I would highly recommend t.i.m. UK Motors.
I even got a message from Gabriella to make sure my 2 HR 30mins journey home went well, and that I enjoyed the drive in the new car.
I know we're my first stop will be when I am ready to update my vehicle in the future.

Spoke to Ian about a vechile we travelled 4 hours to go take a look, Ian was very welcoming and he showed us all the details and electronics of the vechile. He answered any questions we had in as much detail as he could and took his time, he wasn’t pushy like some other sale reps are. We are very happy with vechile. We left a deposit on the Thursday and went to pick it up on the Monday and he went out of his way to explain all settings ect even to the point setting phones up via Bluetooth and made sure we where 100% happy with everything. Would Definetly deal with Ian again in the future.

I have just in the last hour took delivery of a second hand Subaru forester from Ian Bell of TIM Nottingham .
I’m in Cheshire and we did the transaction over the phone until the delivery day.
Although nervous with sight unseen buying there was no reason to be .
Car was exactly as discribed beautiful and I look forward to my first drive .
