Having found a car was interested in the whole process was excellent. Decent px, honest straightforward communication throughout from Ian.
Didn't waste my time trying to sell me products I neither needed or wanted.
On collection day I was picked up from the station and time taken to thoroughly explain warranty and controls/features. Excellent customer service without being over the top.

I'd been to several dealerships to look at used cars before going to test drive one at this branch. This was by far the best experience, a lengthy test drive that allowed me to get to know the car, and helpful, friendly advice with no pushiness from the salesperson, Gabriella. In fact she went out of her way to make the whole buying experience easy and pleasant. The car is lovely and the service I received was really great.

Ian went through every detail thoroughly from the particular features of the vehicle, he also took care of the cherished plate transfer and road tax. Before committing to purchasing the car I was given the opportunity to take a proper test drive which is not always the case. I cannot recommend this dealership highly enough.
