My £125 boots which I had worn only twice have been damaged whilst just resoling the heel. Customer service ( Helen) is slow and not interested to provide any compensation or to understand the customer , the time spent and £ damage caused, even the refund of what's paid for repair ( damage ) was offered only after 2.5 weeks emailing and chasing. They push to try to fix it after their own staff in other branch confirmed boots can't be fixed. I will never fix my shoes or cut keys in this place again. I would give 0 stars if possible.

I realise its because its cheaper but why do you only offer plastic heel replacements for high heeled shoes/boots, what happened to the original rubber which is much safer and more comfortable to walk on? A choice for the customer would be nice, had to go somewhere else...

I was in the area and asked a friend where I could get some keys cut. The answer was-'Absolutely go and see Lee, Timpsons in Milehouse Morrisons , branch 2082, he's great, super helpful , he'll sort it' So I did. My recommendation did not disappoint. Lee did the job in good time, even engraved the keys for simplicity, for tenants. He was friendly and professional. It's my go to place now for all things keys 🔑 and shoes. 👞 Thank you 😊

Visited Bridlington store in Morrisons yesterday afternoon for a battery for my Omega watch. The young lady on duty couldn't get the back off(it's waterproof) left it with whilst I did my shopping she persevered & when I returned had marked fingers but had successfully completed the job. So good to see such determination to complete a task and satisfy a customer

I had 3 keys cut today and not even 1 would fit in the door let alone unlock it! Very pricey at £12 each but there’s not much choice anymore to go anywhere else. If you have a choice avoid going here.

I said before timsons IS over priced but today paid 30 quid for 3 pretty standard door keys in the branch outside Green Park Underground... They used to be £7 or 2 for £12. Last time I will use them

Be aware . A new manager Mr Ryan branch 1122. This misfit has brutally damaged my brand new very expensive watch when all I did was request of him to replace the battery. I was in utter shock when I presented the damage before him and he did not express an apology to me. He was extrodinarly careless, and to go to drastic measures, he was quite neglectful. Do not recommend if you care for your property.

If I could give Zero Stars I would. It was Friday the 13th so what did I expect.

Had 2 keys cut today, it cost £21 at a Worcester Branch. The one key didn't work in the lock, it wouldn't turn. I had to drive 7 miles back to the store to get them re-cut and then another 7 miles back to test them out. They still didn't work. I was met with no apology or acknowledgement from the staff member when I returned to the store the 1st time. Very poor customer experience. I pointed out to the staff member that the key hadn't been cut exactly the same as the original key, only to be met with, "well that won't make any difference" and your original key is slightly bent (which is isn't). I won't be using your services ever again and will tell everyone I know about the poor experience. Customer Experience Training and attention to detail maybe something you want to focus on with your people.

I went to Timpsons at Ashby de la Zouch - Tesco - on the 21st May, specially to leave two quilts for cleaning. I arrived at 2.40 pm and there was a note on the door stating 'I will be back at 3pm'. It was cold standing waiting but as I had driven to the store especially for this purpose and having struggled all the way across the car park, I decided that I had better wait. The member of staff arrived at 3pm with no apology for the inconvenience and said that I should, in future remember that the store is closed each day between 2pm and 3pm, not something that is stated on their website. I was also told that in future I should bring them bagged. I paid the fee and left my telephone number so that a text could be sent to tell me to collect. No text received and on the 5th June, I thought I would call in, on the off chance that the quilts would surely be ready. After the ticket being checked and a search under the hanging clothes on the rail, my quilts were found and it was queried that I hadn't received a text and then an apology was very forthcoming. The member of staff on the 5th June was excellent and apologised for my previous experience and advised that he was not aware of the store having a closing hour during the day. I described the previous person who had served me and was advised that it was actually the manager of this outlet. Needless to say I will not go to this Timpsons again, not nice at 63 feeling like you've been told off for going to and giving custom to someone who needs to provide a service to make their living - not customer service in my opinion

If I could give a zero I would. Just went into Timpsons Asda Harrogate. Asked how much to re-heal leather soles on shoes quoted £60 quid. Then went to Timpsons in Sainsbury’s Harrogate and he quoted £89 sorry am I missing something… thought they were the same company. Total rip off either way. Might as well buy a new pair of shoes…

Was quoted £24.99 for replacement ladies watchstrap at Lichfield Tesco. Came home to find strap on website £14.50. Don't go there and also object to being called 'Babe' when I am in my 70s

Bit disappointed with the Timpsons near Foots Cray Tescos. I struggled to get what I needed for an Irish passport. Paid £12 for nothing as the photos received could not be used. I ended up cutting my losses and went and paid all over again with a different photo shop. Be aware they don't routinely email photographs, and the photo code may not work if the provider is not supported. I decided not to waste anymore of my time with them.

They just quoted me £180 to repair a £40 wristwatch.

The pin on my watch strap came out. I took it to Timsons in Hatch Warren, and it was fixed within 10 minutes. The technician had fitted a new pin and did not charge me. I do not know if this is company policy or just the goodwill of the technician. Either way thank you.

I have a classic wind up Omega watch that would not wind up, the watch is of huge sentimental to myself so was a bit worried about taking it to Timpsons to be repaired. I was quoted around £300 for the watch to be sent away which is a reasonable price, Matty the owner put me at ease and said that he would take a look at the watch before it was sent off to see if it could be repaired it in store, I am so glad that he did as it was only a loose screw inside the watch. Matty repaired it and only charged £15 for the repair. I cannot recommend the Timpson Sudbury store enough and especially Matty. Thank You.

As I was in Tesco and there is a Timpsons outside I popped in to get a battery for my car key fob. After checking their book they said it would be £24! Later in the day I left Halfords with said battery after paying £1.69!!! Timpsons should be ashamed of themselves.

Dropped my bedroom curtains off at the rothwell Leeds Morrisons branch for dry cleaning, was charged £60, for them to come back damaged, creased and 2 small black marks that weren’t there when dropping them off. A very unhelpful member of staff that didn’t seem to have a clue what he was talking about , requested his details so complaint could be made, he refused and said he didn’t have to give this information, so the complaint is now in the hands of head office. Eagerly awaiting my response

Now 3 visits to timpsons had a total of 7 keys cut not 1 as opened my front door last timpsons staff member gave me 2 keys saying 1 of them should fit guess what none of them work again joke of a firm
