Joy Moore was a delight to speak with and very helpful. I seen alot of other listings on the site at my same location for a lot less money and they have been on the site for awhile. So I am not sure if this was a good advertisement to buy.

Timeshares only posted my unit for sale with a generic ad. This ad had one picture of my unit ,the presidential unit. All the other pictures were other lesser quality units. Selena called me and tried to change what was on the site, but she was told that they didn’t have access to the presidential unit pictures. Selena was excellent at returning phone calls and emails, but the ad only shows pictures of the other units. Two pictures of the presidential unit were added, no pictures of the second bedroom or the second bathroom. I’ve worked real estate before and know that you have to actually post what is for sale not a generic ad

I was told I had a very good chance of selling my timeshare with this company once I paid the required fee. However, after paying, I realized there are several dozen timeshares exactly like mine already on the site that are NOT selling even though quite a few are listed at $100 or less, even as low as one dollar! How very misleading!! Based on the evidence I have seen in black and white, the truth is I have almost zero chance of selling my timeshare. I doubt I could give this damn thing away. But then again, they already knew this!!!!! I should have just kept my money.

Beware. If you as a timeshare owner are looking to sell, exit, rent your timeshare. Do not contact "Timeshares Only". They are a total scam and will deceive you and mislead you into thinking your timeshare will sell easy. My rep Vivian took our money a year ago, and since then, never heard back from her. It was only when I called in for a an update I would get a call back from another person providing false hope and will scam you into thinking it will sell. Their Corporate people will steal your money/deposit for marketing campaigns that only show on their website and never recieve interest. Do yourself a favor and look at their reviews to find they only receive at most 1 star and absorbent amount of complants. It'll be soon they will be in a law suit for misleading, false advertising and scamming people. It's really sad that they feel good about ripping people off and this is how they make a living. Because they dont know how to make an honest professional living. BEWARE OWNERS.

Very keen to have you list a timeshare with them - and pay up front.
After you have made payment, you barely hear from them even when you try to instigate the communication.
After nearly 12 months, haven't heard anything about any interest in the timesahre and still own the timeshare we don't want and can't afford.

I’m disappointed with the timeshare experience!
After purchasing hundreds of thousands of dollars of Exchange Value including platinum/VIP status;
We end-up into a small 12X20 hole that requires you to wash your dishes in the toilet sink!!! (For3 weeks).
The punch of all this is that you’re asked to fork out another approx. $700 can. for every week you book!!!
